The earbuds are very good. Great sound, functionality, and phone app. The case is inferior. Given this company’s reputation and their typical quality products, the case is definitely not quality, very disappointing. It is difficult to open and can easily slip out of your hands. 5 stars for the earbuds, zero stars for the case. I recommend the earbuds (but not the case).

Great sound quality hard to open the case a little bulky hurt my ears.

Had mine now for ~7 months. My left ear bud is now significantly lower volume than right ear. Some days NO output at all from left ear. Reached out to Jabra Support and warranty. They are very slow in responding. I initially recommended these to my friend--but with these issues, not certain that I would again. They were nearly $200 when I purchased them. I'd have expected better!

its not hurt your ear loud but it crisp clear clean all you hear is the music well balance sound enough of everything

Finally got tired of poor quality and unreliability of the Beats I purchased (stopped working after about two weeks) and went true wireless. Absolutely great quality, no swinging cable and work tremendously well. Truly hands free now!

Sound quality is awesome. A little discomfort after a couple hrs of use. Would buy again.

These are so good that not only I’m a proud Jabra Elite fan of 11 months, I purchased another pair for my wife. After she tried mine it clearly was a no brainer. Besides, how else would I keep her from stealing my set??

Love my earbuds. No wires to untangle, I don't have to plug them into my phone. I use them for every phone call I make and receive. I've had them for I think a little over a year and have had no problems whatsoever.

I have heard so many great reviews from these earphones and although i have not used them i bought them as a gift for my father and he is amazed of the sound quality and the looks of it. Its a unique style that is not to common.

Nice qualities with a long change life and when you stick them back in case they charge again!

Tried these Earbuds because of the interchangeable earpiece size they are somewhat comfortable

Honest opinion is that they’re overpriced for the low sound that they put out. Only the right ear can be played by itself when not in stereo mode which is a waste and they aren’t snug in the ear as I would’ve expected. Phone calls are very clear and responsive but I think the cheaper jbl buds are just as good but at a lower price

These buds deliver great sound. The only negative is you can only use the right bud by itself, not the left. Sometimes I prefer to use the left. They look amazing.

I got these for myself for my birthday and I absolutely love them. I’ve always had a hard time finding ear buds to fit and not hurt (small ear holes I guess). I can wear these much longer before I start having issues.

Read many reviews for different wireless ear buds and these had the best reviews so I thought I would try them. They are great. Sound quality is also great. Very easy to use. I have referred them to friends and they love them also.

Excellent sound quality with good bass. Did have a little trouble getting them to stay in the ear.
