The earbuds are very good. Great sound, functionality, and phone app. The case is inferior. Given this company’s reputation and their typical quality products, the case is definitely not quality, very disappointing. It is difficult to open and can easily slip out of your hands. 5 stars for the earbuds, zero stars for the case. I recommend the earbuds (but not the case).

Great sound quality hard to open the case a little bulky hurt my ears.

Love these. I use them all the time. I bought the 2 yr warranty and when the first pair I bought last year seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair.

Finally got tired of poor quality and unreliability of the Beats I purchased (stopped working after about two weeks) and went true wireless. Absolutely great quality, no swinging cable and work tremendously well. Truly hands free now!

Good price for reliable headphones. I use mine primarily for calls - others have remarked that I sound clear. Good battery life & they don't look like overpriced qtips hanging out of my ears.

These are so good that not only I’m a proud Jabra Elite fan of 11 months, I purchased another pair for my wife. After she tried mine it clearly was a no brainer. Besides, how else would I keep her from stealing my set??

I have heard so many great reviews from these earphones and although i have not used them i bought them as a gift for my father and he is amazed of the sound quality and the looks of it. Its a unique style that is not to common.

Sound quality is awesome. A little discomfort after a couple hrs of use. Would buy again.

These earbuds are very good! They're by no means audiophile quality, but they sound very good, and work well with my computers, my iPhone, and even my Apple Watch. I think my only criticism is that the case opens easily, so be careful not to lose them.

Love my earbuds. No wires to untangle, I don't have to plug them into my phone. I use them for every phone call I make and receive. I've had them for I think a little over a year and have had no problems whatsoever.

Nice qualities with a long change life and when you stick them back in case they charge again!

Tried these Earbuds because of the interchangeable earpiece size they are somewhat comfortable

Read many reviews for different wireless ear buds and these had the best reviews so I thought I would try them. They are great. Sound quality is also great. Very easy to use. I have referred them to friends and they love them also.

Earbuds sound GREAT! Only minor gripe is they sometimes fall out of my ears. An earhook accessory would be awesome.

These buds block most exterior noise unless you double click on the bud. The music stops and the external speakers come on allowing the user to hear the surrounding sound. Double click again and music is back and exterior sound is muted.

Great earphones. Reliable connectivity and the sweat and water resistance is works well.

Good sound, stays in ears during workouts. Have to be careful keeping track of them -- easy to lose.

Excellent sound quality with good bass. Did have a little trouble getting them to stay in the ear.

These buds deliver great sound. The only negative is you can only use the right bud by itself, not the left. Sometimes I prefer to use the left. They look amazing.
