Almost great, except the mic

However, I will be returning them since the mic picks up everything and amplifies it. For example, I was on a conference call, and I opened an energy bar. All participants on the call complained that the noise was incredible. I use my headphones for calls too much to keep these.

Great for Work and play!

I have it setup for both work with skype for business both on phone and pc as well as making standard voice calls. Great from that point as well as music and podcasts. The only thing that I have an issue is that mono is only done on the right side. So you can’t actually listen with left side mono. Once you remove the right side it drops the audio. I hope future firmware fixes this.

Don't Buy These Earbuds

That was the reason I was excited about purchasing my first pair. However, these earbuds have a defect that Jabra knows about. After six months of use, the left earbud's sound begins to diminish. (This was my second pair. I returned my first pair for the same reason) When I did a little research, it was obvious that Jabra knew this "flaw", but they did not issue a recall. This is unfair to the buying public. As a result, I will not purchase Jabra products in the future.

The sound quality been good->great. The only thing I wished the charge case was a better design when opening it. It's hard on your nails. Overall this is a good product.

It stays fit for your ears and has different size adaptors for your ears . Strong sound. Sometimes receiving clear phone reception is an issue.

Cons: it's hard to sync multiple devices, the app is a bit clunky to use and the buttons are annoying. While this device doesn't meet my expectations because I use my headphones for 3-4 devices it is still a good device.
