I had issues with the earbuds staying in my ear when I was working out. When using the ear buds for calls, the caller on the other end said it sounded like I was in a tunnel, and they could hear all the background noises around me even with noise cancelling engage.

They keep falling out of my ears! When I spoke with someone over the phone that person told me it didn't even sound like I was using earbuds. So, quality is good! They were also easy to set up!

Work well, after getting one earbud replaced

Jabra replaced it for free, and now all is well :) They work well for my ears, but they just don't work in my spouse's ears (due to the shape of their outer ear we think). I'm glad we just got one set. I'm very happy with them, but worth noting that they just don't work in some people's ears.

Pairing it with my Galaxy S9 + was super easy and only needs to be done once. As long as I have bluetooth turned on they will connect as soon as I put one of them in my ear. For optimum performance you will want to download the app and that's where the magic happens. Built in EQ for music, a hearthrough option so u can hear your surroundings while jamming to tunes. Call clarity is perfect (depending on your service quality). The app even includes white noise options for those that want to use them to study or help them sleep. At first I hesitated cause of the price but its a month later and my only regret was waiting to get them.

Sometimes the sound cuts out; I don't know whether that's the fault of the earbuds or the app I use to listen to NPR. If I remove one of them to talk to someone, then I lose the connection when I reinsert the earbud. So, still learning how they work.
