However, once you go to an airport or a busy area where everyone is using bluetooth headsets they become choppy and the connection gives out. Very disappointing. However they are great for regular everyday use.

In very high electronic noise environments, magnetic induction true wireless headsets can experience interference between the earbuds. Any such headset will be vulnerable to this to some degree, depending on the user environment. The recharge via case is quick and the charging indicator (on the case) is a great feature. The app is easy to use and offers a few equalizer adjustments. Neither the volume nor bass go as high as I'd prefer. Overall great for casual use in an office setting.

I bit the bullet and upgraded to the Bose they definitely have Bass. There's a pair of JBL wireless buds that they sell at Best Buy that have good bass if you want to save some money. I had to return them unfortunately because the batteries were running out prematurely. These jabra seemed to be of high quality.

They are sleek and stayed in my ears well. For the first few months, I had no issue with connection, fit or sound quality, though I felt my cheaper yurbuds wired buds had better sound. The earbuds recently went to a whisper and we've been unable to get the quality better. We've tried different phones, even on a computer with no luck. Since I'm not a heavy user I found this somewhat disappointing considering they are less than a year old. At this price point and technical support we've received, I would not recommend these earbuds.
