Really Uncomfortable and don't sound great

I tried all 3 supplied ear attachments and none of them helped. Once in, they stay put - but at the cost of not being able to wear them more than 20 minutes. The sound quality? TERRIBLE. Despite them being in my ears TIGHT - the sounds was not great. They were USELESS on a plane. I didn't think there were noise cancelling, but on a plane I couldn't hear c#$p. I will say the battery life and range are fantastic. easily twice what I got from my AirPods - but the sound quality is 1/4 that I got from the AirPods..

But unfortunately I had to return them due to my ear size. The round edges caused extreme pain. I realized these aren't universal fit

Sometimes it even disconnects itself and a person would be on regular phone and I wouldn't know. Not okay when your driving and possibly in a business or any important call. Also after somerime in my ear it began to hurt. And i have little wmwar openings so i use the smallest in the pack provided. Still discomfort over some time. I also noticed that it falls out easily when I move around.. Soo hands free became worrisome for me as I found myself between my car seats or somewhere under my desk hallways at work looking to find it asap. Yeah... so upgraded to the beats wireless. They wrap around my ear comfortably. Sometimes paying for quality is a must if you dont want to buy the more "cost effective" ones 2x's or more as I did. Lesson learned
