One of the earbuds has fallen out so she may need to experiment with the different size ear pieces, so stay tuned for a lengthier review.

She did tell me that the Bluetooth connection will sometimes cut out depending on where she has her phone. She uses them mostly for listening to music in the house or to watch Netflix.

Since we know that everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too snug. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. I have had them for a few weeks now. They were fitting well but then they started falling out on a regular basis. I have switched the fittings but still getting them pop out. The connection is good but at times it drops. They are the best I have found so far but I am not overly excited about them. The left ear buttons are not very easy to use. It seems like I have to push hard to use them. I also don't like that the volume is only on the left ear. Many times I have the Main one in my right ear for phone calls and can't adjust the volume. I'm not sure if there are better ones out there yet but they are the best I have seen so far even with these cons I have mentioned.

My pair had a persistent crackling when listening to podcasts which caused me to return them.

Additionally sense when they fall out of ear and pause music . Hard to tell if they are turned off. Only downfall that I have noticed.

Bose you couldn't hear out of the left ear when in a call. I am partially deaf in my right ear. These also have a nice pass through mic so you can hear what is going on around you when they are in.
