Volume on left side is lower than right

I've tried reinstalling the app and updated the firmware and still get the same result. If volume on left ear was good, these would be a 5 star product.

These are great for music and if you don’t want to hear anyone around you. The fact that I can only use it in my right ear (I’m left dominant) makes calls difficult. The noise canceling is no very good. People ask me if I’m in a wind tunnel at times. The 4 mic system is supposed to stop that. The app doesn’t go into great detail on how to set it all up the way it’s intended and I don’t have time to call jabra and go through the hassle of asking how to set it up, if I can actually set it to work that way. The Best Buy salesmen said it was the best. I feel he should have actually tried them first. A lot of money I could have wasted elsewhere.

Sound Great but to bulky

Noise Cancelling worked Great! But the only problem I had was they had my ears aching after an hour of use. Other than that they wouldve been perfect.
