First pair of earbuds

Have been wired for years but for my birthday was given this pair of wireless and love them. Only complaint is I have to use different sized gels for each ear.

Lose Sound Overtime

Not sure what’s the workaround to this issue; I’ve tried fully charging them and just about every normal thing between increasing volume on my phone and the headphones and the sound is just not the same. Sadly the sound quality was never to be great to begin with.
