Charging Case Broke In 5 Weeks!

Extremely disappointed in so many ways with Jabra products and their customer support. I purchased these on July 14, 2019 - the charging case stopped working August 20, 2019. I only charged my earbuds 3-4 times (at most within that time frame). Reached out to customer service, the charging case is on back order...still to this day, Oct. 22nd after multiple delays in which now they are saying I'm suppose to receive them by November 22. $150 to use ear buds for 5 weeks - don't waste your money. Buy another brand!! The best part is, they can't align my name with the customer ticket #. Some how they've used a completely different name - no idea how. Again, buy a different product if you want quality for your product along with good customer service as they have ZERO standards when it comes to both.

These headphones are great for on the go people. They are super easy to put in your ears. I have had them for about a year and a half and they have been wonderful! I never worry about them falling out of my ears.

Jabra earbuds offer a quality sound. Particularly, I like the " hear through" function which allows me to hear sounds around me in order to be aware of my environment. This can easily be switched on and off using the app.

I have heard such great reviews on these. I have an android phone so the apple wireless would not be so beneficial for me. I came from Terah Pros to these because those hurt so much. I havent read all reviews but I have not had anyone say anything about the things I found. When I first put the earbuds in I felt a little shock from the magnetic/metal pieces on the earbud. I dont know if anyone else noticed that or if it is just me. It depends on how I insert them, I would feel that little sharp shock every once in a while. The earbuds do not stay in my ear at all. I dont see how these could be used at the gym. I have tried all the eartips that came with it and even some I have from all the earphones I have tried in the past and nothing seemed to work. Yesterday I used them and turned them off. This morning the battery was dead. I dont know if the battery still drains even if they are not on. I put the earbuds in the case to charge but no light turns on unless the case itself is charging. How do you know if it is charging in the case?? And the case is a-whole-nother issue in and of itself. It took so much to open it, I thought I was gonna have to resort to using my teeth to pry it open! I got so mad that I wanted to step on it or use a hammer. RIDICULOUSLY hard! The earbuds sit there loosely and it just doesnt seem like it does anything at all. Anyway, I found that if you squeeze the sides of the case, it is easier to open. The other thing was that I would pull one earbud off and they would turn off or pause the music but after a short while, I would take the second one off and then I would hear them playing the music. I liked that you can select to hear the surrounding noise for situations when you are riding a bike or something but I didnt get to try that out. The other annoying thing is that you would have to press the power button for both earbuds at exactly the same time in order for both of them to work or else I would only hear sound in the right ear. They should turn on when the master one turns on. The use of the buttons is also a little complicated as it is such a small bud. It would also be good if they were magnetized so that when you take them off and dont have the case, you can keep them together. I dont know who or why these work for anyone, they really need to have wings to stay in place. The constant readjusting with the little shocks it was giving me was not ok.

Hello Kgstar - We are sorry to read about the challenges you have been experiencing with your Jabra Elite 65t! First, we would like to note that what you experience with the 'shock' is not normal. Additionally, it sounds like your charging case is not properly charging, so please make sure to charge with the provided USB cable via PC, and if it still does not show an LED light on the outside of the case, please contact our support team for a solution. The earbuds should work seamlessly so that you do not have to turn them on or connect them with each other when you take them out of the case; this happens automatically. Please contact our support team so we can sort out these challenges for you so you can fully enjoy your Elite 65t. Thank you for your review. https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer Jabra

Having issues with the ear buds charging. Not if maybe I haven't let them and the case long enough but ear buds have yet to hit " 100% " since I purchased a few days ago. I've reset the case, charged for 2 hours, now letting ear buds charge for 2 hours, we'll see what happens. Other than that, they are easy to use and sound really good.

Hello Kyautic- Thank you for writing a review! The challenges you are experiencing with the Jabra Elite 65t is certainly not expected. We hope that you will try to reset the charging case:
      1. Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      2. Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
(Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      3. Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      4. Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.
Once this is complete, please test the battery life. If you continue to have trouble, please contact the Jabra Support team: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/Jabra-Elite-65t-IET-6500/100-99000000-02/contact-support. We are here to help! Jabra
