I have two complaints: no type-c and they don't work independently of one another. These are still a five star product, they are almost perfect.

These surpassed my expectations. I used them often and they have held up to gardening and home repairs as well as leisure activities

I’ve only had this set for a little over a month but it seems to say battery low even when I haven’t talked on it. Not sure why it losses charge when it’s in my ear and I’m not talking on it. Not what I expected.

So easy to use and understand controls. Love that they connect before I even put them in my ears.

I bought these headphones for the glowing reviews I saw online over it there fits sound quality and ability to connect to two devices at once. 6 months into owning them, the left bud has gone completely dead. About 3 months into owning them they stopped connecting to 2 devices at once. Every time I connect them to my computer, say, I later have to re-pair them to my phone. They are more comfortable than the Samsung gearbuds I used to have. They sound decent too. I've been using them to train for a marathon, and I've noticed that about the time I start to sweat heavily, the left bud will slip out of my ear, and has to be repositioned constantly.

They have a sleeping style and they stay in your ears as you move around. Water resistant but not water proof is my only concern.

The head phones sound great with when listening to music. During phones calls they pick up too much of the surrounding noise. The right head phone has gone out on both pairs that I have owned.

These heat buds are great but you need to make sure you use the right size earbuds provided to truly make them soundproof.

At the beginning they was super useful but when the time passes one of the earbud started to disconnect until it reach the day that did nothing. I tried to contact the warranty of Jabra but is stupidly hard.

Microphone stopped working within a month of buying these they continuesly fall of when working out. For the money I spent on this I should’ve just gotten the apple air pods. And cheaper.

I really like these but after using it for about six months, left side is making some noises while I was listening to music. Not sure if the left side is almost broken. I will need to talk to the store. overall, I really enjoy using it.

Excellent option. Comfortable and great sound. They go on sale, wait for the best time to buy. Recommend.

I bought these earbuds for my Husband for Christmas, and was hoping that they would be great for his conference calls. We tested them out and called someone to see how well they could hear him, and the person receiving the call stated that they heard a loud echo on their end. We thought it was an issue with that person's phone, and tried a few other people, but they all had the same experience. It's like a feedback echo. The earbuds are very nice, and seem to be of good quality, but they just don't work well.

They kept popping out of my ears. I really want them for telephone conversation while; driving; this is not the product. If it quiet because you are not playing music it shuts itself off. I ended up returning product.

I love the product. Unfortunately it kept coming out of my ear. I changed the cushions and it wouldn't change the outcome. Bought the Bose instead.

These are good headphones. After a year though, the batteries are starting to fail and I have to charge them a lot. Other than that, they have lasted my construction lifestyle.

These were quite awesome for a little while, then one of them stopped charging, and it all went downhill from there. Also, they didn't go so well with my ears, and would hurt after a while. Bummer...

Though my main use is music, I happen to answer and place a few phone calls with these earbuds and the sound coming in as well as my voice going out (according to the other party) were both crystal clear. I guess the 4 microphone technology is what makes this magic happen. The accompanying app is nice and allows for sound tweaking via an equalizer if you're into that, though I'm pretty happy with the default. The bluetooth 5.0 standard makes pairing easy and also extends the range, I believe. I didn't have any issues either with pairing or with moving away from my phone like other headphones may have. I was pretty happy with overall battery life, especially considering that the case is the charger itself and you're always going to have the case nearby since it's molded to fit the earbuds into it perfectly. I've used these the last few days while on the elliptical in the morning, producing a moderate amount of perspiration and didn't notice any slipping out of the earbuds or damage due to the sweat. All in all, I'm pretty happy with this pair of truly wireless earbuds.

Love love love these!! I bought these for my mother and she loves them. She can hear very clearly and understood how to use them right away.
