I never could get the left one to fit/stay in my ear unless sitting perfectly still. While you can use only one earbud at a time, that's one expensive earbud. Second, the sounds/mouths do not match movement while watching YouTube videos. Netflix matched up fine though. Third, the lack of bass. The sound quality just was not there for me. I'm not an audiophile by any means but for this price, I was definitely expecting better. On the plus side, the charging case is super convenient & doesn't take up much room in a bag. If you're a guy, you could probably keep it in a pant pocket. The charging is also fast & they hold a charge for an acceptable amount if time. I ultimately ended up returning these & went back to some wired buds for now.

Audio/video syncing may be related to the app rather than the headset (as you say the issue is not found with Netflix). Posted .Hello Kathy, the challenges you are experiencing with the Jabra Elite 65t is not expected. We kindly suggest reloading the firmware: In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice guidance language. Select the current language of the earbuds. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the download and installation. Once you put the earbuds back into the charging case, please leave them in the case for an additional 10-15 minutes after the LED on the outside of the case has stopped flashing purple. This will ensure that the update is fully complete.
