After about 6 month the sound started to seem low even at max volume. In Feb a year after bought them no sound was coming out of the left ear bud contacted support and all they suggested was to reboot. The buds fit great, the sound and support are horrible.

You will need to twist the earbuds into your ears to create a good seal. You may also find that mixing and matching ear gel sizes may help, as no two ears are alike.
