They are falling out constantly, especially if I wear them while running. Any amount of sweat makes them fall out even more. The sound quality isn't that impressive. The charging case is an absolutely terrible design. I have to struggle to open it every single time due to the lousy clasp/hinge design

Problems

I had to send it back less then 2 months of use. The charge isn't good and the use time is less then 2 1/2 hours of music time. The call quality is good only if your in doors and by yourself. Not very good if your in a crowded area. After sending it in for replacement, the new ones are no different...

Issues in less than a month

But after 1 month I was missing calls & noticed that the unit was unpairing when I put it in the case as advertised but a few seconds later was re-pairing to the phone. So the calls would go to the earbuds which were in the case. this was followed by hearing high pitched squeals coming from the case when the earbuds were in (feedback because the units were on & in the case?). I complained online & after a few emails and a week later they sent me a return label going back snail mail. will get there in ~1wk. Meanwhile I am without my new favorite earbuds. Not sure when or how long Jabra will take to repair / send me another unit. But deeply disappointed. I had the Bragi's before & they never failed. I just thought the new Jabra Elites were cool & smaller. I had already given my Bragi's away so can't use them anymore.

Also the battery life drives me crazy. When I first bought them they lasted about 5 hours at a time now it’s down to 3 hours and at times I’ll have them on for about an hour and I’ll already get notified that it’s low battery

Even the warranty pair were bad

It went out on the second pair as well. I’ll be throwing these out and going with another brand. They weren’t that easy to use either. The nice thing was the charging case - other than that, eh.

Also switching from my MacBook to iPhone constantly was a nightmare. AirPods are seamless and just work.
