Also the battery life drives me crazy. When I first bought them they lasted about 5 hours at a time now it’s down to 3 hours and at times I’ll have them on for about an hour and I’ll already get notified that it’s low battery

Even the warranty pair were bad

It went out on the second pair as well. I’ll be throwing these out and going with another brand. They weren’t that easy to use either. The nice thing was the charging case - other than that, eh.

I'd like to give it a higher rating but I've had one issue. I will have a "crackling" sound maybe every 3rd or 4th use that makes the unit unbearable to use. When they're working they're awesome and better than any bluetooth set I've had. Just can't figure out the crackling sound issue. I might try to contact Jabra but disappointed.

Ok but not best

Too small for large fingers

The pair I got never quite worked properly - there were a couple problems. The audio was unbalanced between the earpieces (the right was noticeably louder than the left) and sometimes there was no audio from the left earpiece. I returned them for a refund after two weeks of trying to troubleshoot.

Great compact headphones

The sound it’s great, but don’t expect a lot of bass unless you be able to adjust the sound on the app, also the headphones stay put in your ear. The charging case comes really handy making the headphones last up to 15 hrs. The Jabra Gn App do need some work, it’s basic and it doesn’t have a lot of interactive actions for your headphones, most of the time the sections on the app doesn’t work for me. Works great with my voice assistant Siri.

Moving around, bending over to lift and they are coming right out. Also the plastic ear inserts that come with them are painful. Many blogs about how people buy other ones and find ways to get them them in case with the different ear covers. $170 headphones shouldn’t be this way.
