    One suddenly stopped working

    While it worked, the sounds quality was pretty good and I really loved these earbuds. However, it lasted about 6 months but then, like with most of these earbuds, one of them suddenly stopped working.

    Can’t fit my ear

    Reading reviews, I thought this is the best alternative for apple airpods. Although playing music is great, the quality of voice when talking with someone is poor. People tell me that they can’t hardly hear me. I’m returning this product and will purchase airpods instead.

    I wanted to like this but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. It's very uncomfortable in ears.

    Junk Product, Junk customer service

    I bought these in September of 2018 and they worked for a couple of weeks and then the left earbud stopped working. I spent some time trying to troubleshoot what I could, but eventually contacted Jabra Customer service and started the replacement process. They submitted a Order on 1-3-19 and said I could expect it in Feb of 2019. Since then they've pushed it back to early March and now they've moved it to Late March. They keep giving a link (hoop to jump through) in case I want to cancel and get a refund, time sensitive at that with 5 days to reply. If I get the refund it'll only be for the one earbud, what good would that be. Worst $175 I've ever spent.

    Read tons of reviews why these are great but I thought they were average sound is very distorted

    One ear it worked and one it it didn't and then they did not fit right in the ear. Had to return

    Got soundsport instead by Bose. Were low profile but not as comfortable. Slipped out of my ears.

    While cycling, blue tooth dropouts every time I turn my head to the side, with my phone about two feet away. Buttons cannot be pressed with gloves on. Very uncomfortable and don't stay in the ears well. I eventually lost my right earbud while riding and couldn't find it. Bought the Air Aftershokz and much happier, no dropouts and very comfortable.

    no on and off switch on the earbuds. Auto connection only works when the earbud is removed from the case. When earbud sits on the desk and retrieved for use auto connection does not work and manual connection only work after putting the earbud back in the case. Extreme hassle and inconvenient.

      Hello Unhappy, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 65t. There are several ways to turn your earbuds off. Place the earbuds in the charging case to turn them off. Remove them from the charging case to turn them on automatically. You can also turn the individual earbuds on or off by pressing and holding the Multi-function button on the right earbud, or the Volume down button on the left earbud, until the LED flashes green (on) or red (off).     I was deciding between these and the apple version. Main reason I went with these is the rubber part around ear. Battery life was great the first couple weeks then I noticed issues, after 2 1/2 months they only hold a 30-45 min charge. I am going back to apple.
