    Loved the listening experience. Easy to use. Unfortunately, about 6 months in, the left earbud started playing at a low volume. I didn't take take to warranty, because I upgraded to 75t (they failed in less than 2 months). I loved these buds, but am now hesitant to buy any of them because of the failure rate.

    Useless ear plugs

    No where in the description it discloses the limitation that you have to use either both plus or right alone. Left plug by itself doesn't work! The battery life is so bad that I don't even get more than an hour of listening :(

      Hello Buds, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 65t. To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord.     The sound quality and battery life of these truly wireless earbuds is really good. I made several calls with them and people could hear me clearly. I think they're almost as good as my Sennheiser CX1 earbuds in terms of audio quality and bass, and they're much better in terms of call quality. I bought these so that I could listen to audio books while falling asleep without disturbing my partner. Unfortunately they are extremely uncomfortable while sleeping on my side as they protrude too much from my ear, creating pressure on my inner ear. They are quite comfortable for daily activity though so don't let the poor pillow comfort dissuade you from buying them. The carrying case is ok. I like its size and how it automatically sleeps the earbuds when I put them in to store/charge, and how it wakes them when I pull them out. The reconnection time with my Galaxy S6 is less than a second which blows away all Bluetooth products I've used before. The case however is a pain to open, taking upwards of a minute sometimes because the hinge seems to flex when I push on it to open which causes the friction lock to remain active.

    When I first purchased this product it was good but after 3 pairs later, I am not impressed. The sound quality is not bad for music but for talking on the phone went from decent to horrible. I asked the company if I was getting refurbished equipment they said no. I would not buy or recommend this product again.
