    Very poor fit

    I disagree with the majority of reviewers. I found these to have a very poor fit if you’re using them while active. When I’m laying on a bench press they almost fall out and the sound changes because they aren’t fitting properly into my ears.

    Only had it for a short time

    I bought these because I wanted to commute and listen to music. But the buttons force these earbuds into your ear, making it uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Had to replace with Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless which were much easier to use and music quality was superior.

    Left earbud stopped working after 9 months

    As title says, after about 9 months, the left earbud stopped working. It'll turn on (the indicator LED will blink), but there's never any sound, and it won't show up in the jabra sound+ app. I've reset it multiple times, to no avail. I'd recommend that you'd stay away (buy some galaxy buds)

    First off I may or may not have gotten a defective set. Sound quality is poor.. connectivity is poor.. function is poor.. Left bud continually loses connection with the right or vice-versa. You have to be close to the source... An i mean close.. Charging case is hard to open and will mostly likely break over time due to the poor design. Buds themselves seem to be of good construction.. just poor performance.. Package suggest that its a high quality item. Performance suggest they're not. ** they need to invest more in the product and less in the retail package Review is very critical due to the fact that these were supposed to replace a $25 set of wireless buds as a nice upgrade.. these offered a little more volume but was absolutely worse on every level. I'll stick with my bargain units.

    Sound quality poor, constant cutting out, horrible, volume not enough, phone calls even worse. I came from Apple AirPods it’s all I knew. I thought this was an upgrade because I loved the design. NOT WORTH IT! Now I’m saving up for the AirPods again.
