Do not buy

Did Not Meet Expectations

My expectations were met with disappointment. No matter what I tried, I could not get Google Assistant to work with these earbuds. Even after re-installing the Jabra Sound+ app several times, the feature never worked. I also began to experience strange disconnection problems with my home wifi after I installed the Jabra Sound+ app and connected these earbuds to my phone's bluetooth. After removing both items from my phone, my wifi began to work again. Now I realize why the customer reviews on Amazon are so brutal about this product. I only wished I'd read those reviews before wasting my time and money on this purchase.

Didn't work out for me!

I did not like the fit or the sound. The texture was slippery when I was trying to take them out my ear. They may work for you, but just not for Me!

Not what I was expecting.

But after using them I found out I was wrong. They do not stay in my ear, the sound is just ok. Both do not alway pair. The people at Best Buy are great and have been incredibly helpful.

Crappy earbuds

Second pair is just as bad with only the left earbud turning on. Tried all the troubleshooting and nothing works. I don't know if Best Buy sold me faulty earbuds because they were on sale or I'm just unlucky or they just suck. Either way I'm returning for a refund and searching for another brand.

Noise cancel is poor

The background noise level on these was so loud the person I was talking with couldn't hear me when my speed was above 45 mph. In a truck with windows up and fans on low. Ended up returning for a wired set. Probably ok for office use.

Excellent when the left bud is working

Right bud works great still. Sucks that all I can do now is pause/play, assistant, and hearthrough. Can't skip music or adjust volume.

Guess i expected to much

I kept having to reconnect my device so my Bluetooth and would constantly lose connection while using them I ended up returning them after about a week

Purchased to use during video conferences

Tried for an entire week with no luck. The bluetooth connection quality was poor with even static sounds. Gave up and returned it.

The problem is the charging in the head phones

To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord.
