Purchased the earbuds in January of this year and around July the left earbud started to malfunction intermittently- connected but no sound comes out. Fast forward to this August and the left earbud does not output the sound at all. It's still connected via bluetooth but no sound. Contacted Jabra Sept. 1, got quick response RMA and sent earbuds back on 9/3 received by Jabra on 9/9. Got email replacements will be ordered on 9/17. No updates after that, contacted support and they said just wait as the earbuds are back ordered, if they are back ordered why are the earbuds available on their website? 1 star for the support.

I've seen wireless ear buds in stores and I was intrigued. No wires at all?? I'm in! Then I saw people walking around with those ridiculous looking, inch long white tails dangling from their ear sockets. My first thought: hipsters! Nope! Hard pass... These Jabra - Elite 65t True Wireless Earbud Headphones are a different animal, however. First off, they're less conspicuous, because they aren't 'Hey look at me' bright white. They were a snap to set up. Press buttons on both buds to power up, and easily pair them via Bluetooth with your desired device. Once paired, my device directed me to the Jabra Sound+ app, and I sat back and let everyone get acquainted. In seconds the app displayed several useful features about the headphones. The ear buds' battery level is shown on the home page of the app, and there are buttons that lead to other sub menus. These other buttons enable you to configure the buds to your needs. You can set the amount of ambient noise from your surrounding you wish to hear; helpful when you're listening to music and still want to be able to hear the phone (or significant other). You can also adjust your equalizer settings with the app, but be warned, there are no presets, you'll have to manually adjust the EQ settings yourself to get the sound the way you like it. You can also setup caller ID for your phone. You can have the headphones announce the caller by name if they are stored in your phone's contact list. That is a handy feature if you're busy and aren't able to screen your calls by looking at the phone. The carrying case doubles as a charger for the buds and is ultra-portable. It takes a few times to insert these ear buds in your ear where you aren't afraid of them falling out. Your hands will instinctively hover about your ears in case they begin to feel like they're becoming loose. Once you've mastered the art of twisting them in your ear canal to form an air vacuum, you'll have more confidence that they'll stay put. However, due to the twisting involved to get them in properly, I did notice some slight discomfort after wearing them for a half hour or so. The sound quality of these buds is very nice. The sound isn't rich, but it wasn't a concern for me. There's very good separation, and it provides a decent bass response with minimal distortion. The Jabra - Elite 65t True Wireless Earbud Headphones definitely pass my sound test, and the app offers some pretty nifty features. These buds carry a high price point, but there's a lot of bang for the buck here. This is a very good product.

Hello - We thank to thank you for taking the time to write a review. The right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 65t is hosted. The left earbud is connected to the right earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth). That is why the left ear bud will not work independently, or from a distance from the right ear bud. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our support team:https://www.jabra.com/contact/support/jabra-support-consumer. We are always happy to help! Jabra

They had a pretty design and look, but the sound quality for music was abysmal, and the fact that the case still used micro USB in 2020 was not good either. I ended up returning them for another product.

The one sentence summary is the Jabra Elite 65t earbuds are some of the best earphones I have ever had. In the box you get the Elite 65t earbuds, the on the go charging case, small, medium, and large ear gels, USB cable, the manual and other papers. To get started the earbuds and the charge case can take up to 2 hours to charge. The first thing I noticed that was different about these is the separate charging case with its own built in battery. This is a really cool feature. If the earbuds get low while your'e out and about you can pop them in the case for awhile to get a quick charge and about an hour more out of them. I havent seen this in any other earbuds Ive had. The look of these is pretty slick. I prefer black, and/ or silver electronics, and these look great. Solid build, yet lighweight enough that they fit great and you easily forget they are there. And since they come with 3 different size ear gels you can customize the fit for your ear size. Very comfortable. The 65t's also sound amazing for how small they are and being truly wireless. The have a nice balanced sound without over powering the highs, lows, or mids. Calls are very clear and crisp without any issues with the connection or call quality. The 65t's have all the features I need in some good earbuds. Music, calls, Bluetooth 5.0 for superb reliability and connection, voice control, noise cancellation, and plenty of battery life. And even though I dont plan on a lot of listening in the rain they are IP55 rated for water and dust, with a 2 year warranty against damage from water and dust. So perfect for the rainy day user. How they pack all this into something this small and wireless is beyond me, but Im glad they did. Highly recommend these for anyone wanting true wireless feature packed earbuds.

Unfortunately can only give 1 star, as I had to return it as one of the earbuds would not operate upon arrival. Also, because this was an online only purchase I could not exchange it when returned. Could only get a refund and would have to repurchase again online. I didn't want to take the chance on a replacement. Not sure why one of the earbuds would not function, It was fully charged and both earbuds looked nice. Would have liked to experience the full range of the buds but was unable to enjoy.

These headphones are very stylish, they have great sound, are discreet, and small. I have gotten a lot of compliments on these, and i especially like the charging case. First, i want say these headphones are very small, like if you are not careful you can easily lose them. You have to download the app to use these headphones, the app itself has an equalizer option, voice assistant option, phone option, and options. The sound quality when listening to music is great, but i did have problems when making a phone, on the other end they said when speaking to them they heard an echo throughout our conversation. The cool thing is that jabra offers a 2 year warranty for dust and water resistance, which is good considering that i will be keeping these headphones in my gym bag when i work out. These headphones have a 15 hr battery life, and also has a voice command option, its compatible with Alexa, Siri, and Goodle Now. I would say from a engineering standpoint, they could've separated the buttons because they are very close to each other, you can easily press the wrong button this is the reason why i put 4 stars. Overall these are really nice headphones, very stylish, and good sound quality. I would recommend these headphones and the price certainly helps.
