    Charge decreased significantly in less than a year. Also right headphone would go for days not working then all the sudden start working.

    when they work good, they work good. When they don't, they don't. Real tinny background sound. For the cost blue parrot far exceeds the quality, only looks like youre taking someone's order.

    Poor Sound, Uncomfortable

    I didn't find the sound that full when listening bluetooth on my computer. Tried all 3 different earpiece sizes; no difference. Maybe it's just me, but I found these terribly uncomfortable for any sort of extended use.

    Nice construction however the performance was not as expected. Sound was a bit out of range to be considered top quality for the price. Seems like detail to sound was rushed. Spend a little more and get some Bose.

    Don't hold a charge for very long and hard to keep in ears having to switch back to hear through after every call is very annoying! Over all I wish I had bought a different product!

The Jabra Elite 65t has up to 5 hours battery life on a single charge, with two additional charges available in the charging case for a total of up to 15 hours. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud.     Voice on the other side echoes consistently :(

    I bought this product on thanksgiving. I faced 2 major issues:- 1) When i call someone, they hear their voice echoing. 2) Sometimes if while using the ear buds I receive a call and i pick from the right ear bud while waring it, I only hear some noise from the other side and no speech. This goes away as soon as I disconnect the ear buds. I thought this is one off piece which I received unfortunately. So, I replaced it with a new pair from BestBuy. I am facing the same issue consistently with the new piece as well. Very disappointed with Jabra :(

    Bought these thinking they were a great product by a name I trusted but after a while they’ve stopped working. Good for a temp situation but I would t recommended them.

    Bose have better sound

    I had a pair of wireless Bose and lost them so I wanted a replacement and tried the Jabra based on reviews. Sounds quality no where near the Bose. Retuned and went back to Bose for the sound richness.

    The product works but if you drop it once the charging case breaks and won't charge anymore. It doesn't come with instructions to show you how it works just an app that's even more useless. Find My Jabra doesn't work if you lose them. You can only listen to the R earbud independently. They fall out or become unadjusted with the slightest movement of your ear, literally, even with the only earpiece grip that fits my ears. I should've listened to the reviews before buying this, I've had these for about a month.

    Did not like - was not sound friendly - I walk on the park and I could hear more of the activities going on the park than I could hear through the earphones - does not produce noise canceling at all

    Left Earbud Quits Working - TWICE

    I really liked these until the left bud just stopped producing sound. Not just music, but the feedback and voice prompts from the buds themselves. I have now had TWO warranty replacements for this very issue. And I had to go through a huge rigamarole to get them to issue an RMA both times, I am not at all confident that my current, third set will continue to work. I see from many other reviews that this is a recurring problem. Not just with the 65t, but with the hewer 75t as well.

    Sound was ok, very low. Voice on phone calls excellent. But they were painful after about an hour of use. Also loud humming in right ear after losing connection and reconnecting. Returned them.

    Lost connectivity and fell out

    These were not terrible. They occasionally fell out. I bought them for bike riding and EVERY TIME I would look over my left shoulder they would drop the audio for a 1-2 seconds.

    I received these earbuds and the are dead on arrival. They are not pairing at all and not clear instruction came with them. I had to go online to find out about their app. They are very nice and I truly wished they were working, I am really disappointed because this is my first time using Jaba and my first impression of them is not good
