Not worth the money. Purchased as a gift and the recipient had nothing but issues. Actually this purchase was a replacement purchase (and I'm not even going to go in on the issues with returning the first pair even with the added protection plan) because the first pair acted up as well. Stopped working. Stopped charging. Terrible sound quality for calls. Microphone picked up all the background noise but not the voice of the person. Stay away.

This worked well for the first couple of months, but now it's losing its connection often. For the cost, it should last longer than 3 months. Unfortunately, it's too late to return it.

"These Truly Wireless Earbuds" claimed to be the best in the market which they wasn't the sound was very poor and they were so uncomfortable in the ear also the signal drops were so annoying they were so repetitive when i had the phone inside my pocket while walking... anyways do not buy these you will be disappointed also they are made out of a kinda cheap plastic... first time buying from Jabra and my last time.

Well,very disappointed,ordered 2/20.i have another set of buds and just did not need them when they arrived.just opened them and the right one will not power up.they have been charged etc.so now I have a defective useless set of ear buds.guess I had too much confidence in the quality as the box had no sign of damage.partly my fault but d_mmit it sucks having a 130.00 paper weight!

I bought this product less than a year ago and have volume imbalance. The right ear device barely has sound at this point. I am getting replacements but it is a hassle.

- Inconvenient charging case. - Buds are very irritating when used for more time. - Pics every small noice from background when talikng on phone. - not suitable for work..

I went through 2 pairs in less than a month due to the left ear bud being broken and losing connection or having horrible sound quality. For something that cost so much, I would expect to it have at least the durability to last more than a month. I'm just glad I bought them on black friday and had the extended holiday trial period because as someone who is constantly trying new tech on a limited budget... I would have been severely angry if I got stuck with these.

Sound quality is ok. Volume seems to adjust on its own during workouts and music pauses randomly. Will prob go back to my power beats 3. Would not buy again.

After using the Jabra Elite 65t and the Jabra Elite Active 65t, here are my comparison of the two. Hopefully this will help you decide between the two. The Active version adds a motion sensor to count steps, and a rubberized coating for the higher IP56 rating and slightly better grip in ear. Battery life and connection is slightly poorer than the non active ... read more below. Protection against dust, water: The Elite Active 65t is rated at IP56 vs IP55 for the non active. The first number is for solids protection, both have 5 for same dust protection. The second number is for liquids protection, Elite 65t has a 5 rating which means lower pressure water protection, water projected by a nozzle (6.3mm) against enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects, whereas the 6 for Active 65t means high pressure water with a nozzle of 12.5mm will have no harmful effects when sprayed against the enclosure. Basically what this means is, both versions can be used for sports, both versions should be able to withstand dust, water, and sweat with Active version being slightly higher rated for water at high pressures. Fit: Both versions come with 3 interchangeable ear tips to give you a good fit in the ears, I had no issues with either during extensive workouts, neither fell out of my ear. Either version will work fine for sports usage, the Active version has a rubberized coating that gives it a slight edge at grip in your ears when they are sweating. Connectivity: Both come with Bluetooth 5, which gives strong connection and battery life. During workouts I did feel that the Elite 65t had better connection over the Active version, I didn’t experience any cutouts with the Elite 65t, the Active version, although has a good connection, every now and then, it will disconnect from the left ear bud for a sec and reconnect again. I contribute this problem to the rubberized coating on the Active version that may be interfering somewhat with the connection. Battery life: In documentation both are rated for 5 hours, but in my testing I found the Elite 65t to be superior in battery life, I consistently got 6.5 to 7 hours, whereas the Active version only got 4.5 to 5 hours. This is due to the fact that the Active version has a motion sensor that is always active and counting your steps even though you do not activate it in the app. App for IOS and Android : Both come with a nice Jabra Sound + app for IOS and Android devices, that can recognize upto 8 devices and can simultaneously connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time. Version 2.2 of the Jabra Sound + app now comes with equalizer preset settings. Energizer preset is very good, gives you a nice boost in Bass. There is a HearThrough feature which allows how much of ambient noice you want to let in, a Sidetone feature that allows you to hear your own voice in the headset if you choose. A pink noise feature, which drowns out any external sounds if you are trying to concentrate at work, plays ocean waves if you want to relax or sleep. The Active version adds one additional feature which the non active version does not have, ability to count your steps as it has a built in motion sensor. For me I didn’t care for this feature, as it gave poorer battery life and my Apple Watch already does this feature better, I preferred the longer battery of the Non active Elite 65t Aesthetics: This is personal taste, but I found the look of the non active Elite 65t that comes in platinum or copper to have a more appealing look than the Active 65t version. The Active version comes in matte black or blue, the black version is a Best Buy exclusive. I ended up keeping the non active version, $20 cheaper, looks better, slightly better connectivity and better battery life.

This product worked very well for the first 13 months. Then it stopped working at all in any way (after the warranty ended of course). Don’t waste you’re money.

No mute button for calls is a deal killer for me. Audio quality and comfort is not superior enough to make up for this lack of oversight. I will be returning them.

This earbuds were great in the beginning but the sounded started to sound distorted. I tried to do the firmware updates but that didn't help.

the good: -size/fit - tiny form factor, very light sitting in the ear. other than slight pressure inside my ear where they make contact, easy to forget that they’re actually in. -design - stylish design -music quality - actually pretty impressed with the quality of sound these little guys put out, and no issues with volume either. punchy, tight, with crisp highs without being overly fatiguing over longer listening sessions. decent bass extension as well. -app - decent app with some nice controls - ambient noise passthrough with level control, EQ, and your own voice adjustment level during call. pretty slick. -comfort - though i tend to have issues with in ears fitting comfortably, i find these to be relatively comfortable. what’s more, they are so light that they don’t move around after i put them in. the bad: -controls just a bit on the clumsy side. not necessarily the easiest to use. but then, fitting controls into such a small space can’t be easy. misc: -battery life - rated at 5 hours, with 2 full charges from the case itself. seems to be on par with other “wire free” ear buds. overall: highly recommended if for nothing more than the sound quality. i personally never expected jabra to compete with the other brands in this price range, but they’ve done an admirable job with these. i’d like to give them a 4.5 stars because of the controls, but unfortunately it’s either a 4 or a 5. i rounded up because they are so fun to listen to.

For such an expensive price, the earphones are not that great and wouldn't recommend them. It doesn't fit on ears correctly too

The earbuds and case are very difficult to charge. The product includes cable but no charging plug. They don't charge well, stop charging and last 10 minutes on a charge. You have to seat the earbuds inside the case just right and the come loose of dock easily you have to keep an eye on it I returned first pair and second pair did exactly the same thing returned again and got a different brand Also use of the buds is not intuitive and you must keep directions with you at all times.

Trash. Overpriced and sounded like garbage. They were returned in 48hours.

Not a fan - less comfortable than other earbuds I've owned, harder to put in and less noise isolation than other brands like Apple, Samsung etc.

I like the earbuds but they are not noise canceling and the people I talk to can hear everything 10xs louder than it really is. I do not like that.

Heard really great things about these and wanted to get some true wireless buds that weren’t AirPods. Is was skeptical but I was really wanting them to be good. The audio quality was so bad I thought I had $5 gas station headphones in. I was expecting a drop in quality because they are wireless but it was bad. Returned in 2 days and waiting for something better...
