    Horrible fit

    I went in to get some new ear buds and the guy spoke of this one and gave it high marks. I am not sure what he was talking about. The fit is poor, it is bulky and not comfortable. The battery also does not last long at all. This was a very poor purchase on my part, don’t make the same mistake.

    True freedom from wires

    I was so excited to get my first pair of truly wireless headphones. By this I mean no wires connecting left and right sides. Well I got them and they do not disappoint. Came fully charged (nice) and within a few mins I was paired, listening and walking around the house to great audio output. I did get a little more than 33 feet from sound source so that is a plus. the 4 mics on the outer sides does make for good sound during calls and sound isolation (active noise cancellation) so when worn I could not hear anything else. Using the app lets you customize your sound and how much can be heard outside of the headphones. So in places with low sound (library) you can let more outside sounds come in to talk or hear what you need to. In noisy areas you can crank that sucker up and block alot of un-needed sounds out. Proper fit is key and just because you use a medium on the left side, you might need a small or large on the right. you don't need to use same size on both ears. Final thoughts are as such: good value good sound good app good range good battery life for what it is and with included charging pod you can get 3x the run time, without having to find a place to plug it back in.

    I’m pretty good with technology, so if I say that something’s too complex to be worth buying, then it’s too complex. The sound was quite low unless you customized the settings on the app. There wasn’t a True Sound option and they did not have noise cancellation. I just returned them and paid the difference for some AirPods Pro which are almost as good as my Beats Studio.

We are working very hard on making this feature available on other devices very soon! Have you tried using the music equalizer and presets in the Jabra Sound+ app? These features were designed so that users can customize the sound to your liking. We hope that you will try this so that you can have the best sound experience possible with your Elite 65t. To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord.     My headphone is in repairs for 2 months & counting

    My headphone had issues in a couple of months. I have tried to solve it with the support team, it has been two months and they couldn't help: they picked up the headphone and couldn't ship the new piece back. My case keeps jumping from one support staff to another and they don't read the case history before responding to me! 2 months without my headphones!!!!!

    Left Not Working

    Just received them today, made sure they were charged and after 12 long hours of fussing with them and every method possible I could find on the internet the left one will still not turn on. Resetting doesn't work and they hurt really bad but my ears are probably just too small for them.

    Great, till they died after 30 days.

    They were absolutely fine until the main, right earbud completely died 30 days after purchase. Of course, Best Buy cannot offer any assistance and was told, too bad, talk to the manufacturer who is closed on weekends. Will update this review if I hear back from Jabra but as of now, 30 days of use, garbage.

    After charging for about 8 hours and following manufacturer instructions for pairing, the right earbud kept cutting in and out, downloaded the app which showed full battery charge on the right earbud so I don’t suspect it was lack of battery charge. The left one never paired and never showed up on the app either. Returned and exchanged for a completely different brand.

    Bought this headphones because an associate he said this were better for taking calls. Right away i notice the headphones were hard to connect to my iphone and then after figuring that out i would make a call and i couldn't hear the other end of the call and then they started making this horrible noise. Plan on returning them as soon as i can.
