    Bad battery review. Battey runs low after about a year .

    Ok have to reconnect more than I like too. Left earbud seems to lose connection from time to time

    Nothing like being double charged for items. Beware when you think you payment has been processed... they'll surprise your account by double dipping. 2 hours wasted today "waiting" for resolution today with a bunch of have English speaking techs, each one I spoke to even dumber than the one before. What a joke!

    The worst product and worst warranty replacement team. The product stopped working after 3 months. Sent it for warranty replacement. It took them 2 months to process it. And sent me the earbuds without the charging case.

    I bought these for my frequent travel and I've really been disappointed. If you bend over at all, like to get something out of your bag under the seat in front of you on a plane, they fall out. Therefore it significantly limits times I feel comfortable using them.

    Poor connectivity

    Had the earbuds for one day before returning them. They would only maintain bluetooth connectivity to my phone if they were in line of sight to the phone. As soon as I put my phone in my pocket they would skip bad or lose connection completely. Returned Jabra for Bose and have not had any connectivity issues at all.

    FINALLY a pair of totally wireless ear buds that work without any hassles. I previously had purchased another pair by a DIFFERENT manufacturer. You had to go through all kinds of hoops to get them paired, and then syncing up the individual buds were so complicated that the instructions said you might have to call us to help you! With these, you just take them out of their powered case, find "Jabra" in your list of devices and click 'pair' DONE! Couldn't be easier. And then the sound is really good. They didn't have that "earbud" sound, you'd think you were listening to a regular pair of headphones. Battery life is very good also,5 hours at least, and then you just pop them into their case and they can recharge several times over before the CASE needs recharging. In short, if you were thinking of buying totally wireless ear buds but were concerned with the problems of the past, You needn't worry. As I said the folks at Jabra have figured it out.

    The headphones had a lot of static while I listened to music. This was on my first attempt. Also while talking on the phone with people it seems as though they were not able to hear me clearly. I work in sales so I needed them more so for work. Not to happy with the quality
