Revolutionary

I have tried different brands of Bluetooth buds and most have failed. Most either sound terrible or produce inadequate volume or worse yet, they cut out on one ear or the other. I was attracted to these simply because of the Bluetooth 5.0 technology and FINALLY have struck gold. These are awesome! they fit great, run forever, have great controls and sound 90% as good as my $500.00 Shure 535's. they never cut out and deliver plenty of punch. For $169.00 this was a home run. I highly recommend these beauties to anyone that needs or wants to be wireless. Still, nothing is as good as wires but these come close enough

Buyer beware

Less than 6 months and the ear buds no longer charge fully. Have tried multiple time to contact Best Buy AND the Geek squad protection plan that I purchased with them to no avail. Call is dropped or I sit on hold forever. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Poor sound quality.

These were horrible on all accounts. Even my jr high student refused them so they were immediately returned for a refund.

Dont buy, Horrible

The worst!

THEY ARE AREN'T AS ADVERTISED

They are hard to keep in your ears and have only worked intermittently. They are hard to connect and currently do not transmit. I would not recommend them.

I do not recommend.

I couldn’t eliminate that so back to the store it goes.and the fit inside my ear is way to tight and shuts off all sound to my surroundings. Can’t tell if I was talking too loud or not.

Not for me.

Sometimes the surrounding noise drowns out the voice of the person using these earbuds. I returned both of these earbuds.

To reduce ambient noise, the latest generation of Jabra true wireless earbuds offer four-microphone technology (two microphones placed in each earbud) which point toward the user’s mouth and pick up the voice. To give the best possible audio quality on the receiving end of a call, digital signal processing is used to remove background noise, such as wind when the earbuds are used outdoors, and office noise when they are used indoors. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in the ears rather than next to the mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Fit makes the sound

Use the small gels if the fit is loose it won’t give good base. The battery life is excellent, phone calls are very good. I wear them almost all day at work, many people don’t notice I have them in and just start talking. It takes a little time to get used to the fit but you’ll get there as I did. I was impressed by music quality for all types. My only complaint after 2 months of daily usage is the case is flimsy, the buds fall out. At nearly 200 bucks a rubber band is the work around. They could have done better with the case. But I give these high marks for sound,fit,battery life and phone use. They could have had the fifth star if the case was better. Be careful or you could lose a bud.

Poor quality plastic hinge. I am going to call to see if they will replace the case.

Not a good battery life span

Won’t keep charge

nightmare to get them operational

Conversely it took 10 minutes to get the apple airpods operational from opening the package and connecting to our iphones to listen to music
