Jabra customer service just confirmed that they don't really work well with computers or smart TVs. Get another pair.

not right for me

I was hoping I could get away with just one, but it didn't work well. I can't have both ears covered all the time because it is important that I be able to hear what is going on around me. It had to be returned.

We want for you to know that the right ear bud can be used independently with the Elite 65t, or both ear buds can be used together. Also, there is a feature called HearThrough, that can be enabled by double-pressing the multi-function button on the right ear bud, or through the Sound+ app. HearThrough opens the microphones, allowing you to hear more environmental noise in your surroundings. Terrible no customer service

Jabra is difficult to contact as I can not find a number to call. these are a lot of money to not be working correctly. bought these in Feb 2019 and its now May and I can only hear out of one.

Didn't last

I used them for less then a year and they stop working. It mentioned it was waterproof but I don't think it was. Also, they fell out several times while running.

TRASH!!!! Don’t buy

Not very good if you want to be comfortable

Left earbud stopped working

No good

Posted .Hello Kwang- Thank you for your review on the Jabra Elite 65t. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you aren't using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why it won't work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). The challenges you are describing with the charging case is certainly not what you should expect. Don’t waste your money

The bass was non-existent no matter how i adjusted the eq in the app and none of the tips would keep them in my ears . Definitely going to be returning them

Good at first. Poor battery life 10 months in

Loved them up until this point buy $80 for such a short battery life is not worth it long term

Fit was horrible

I gave the Jabras away because when making a call, there was too much background noise for anyone to hear me and the fit was so uncomfortable I just took them out and didn’t use them again.
