Not enough bass, ambient mode sounds like a fish bowl, buds don't worry indepently (need Right to use Left) and battery life is sad.

Hello Shopper- Thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 65t. It is unfortunate that you are unsatisfied with the sound quality of your Jabra Elite 65t. The Left Earbud of the Elite 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you are not using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it does not have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). Regardless, your feedback is greatly appreciated! We will certainly share this information internally with the development team. Thanks, again for sharing. Jabra

I really like my Jabra earbuds! It contains 3 different sizes of ear gels (small, medium, and large), and the small ones worked best for me. The sleek case adds an additional 10 hours of battery time for your earbuds. The earbuds have 5 hours of battery time, plus the 10 hours equal to 15 total hours of use. You'll want to download the Jabra Sound+ app. With it, you can personalize your music with a music equalizer, register your device with that 2 year warranty (available on the Apple App store AND Google Play), and customize your call and audio settings – including auto-pause in the Audio experience tab. With this feature, your audio will pause when you remove either one of the earbuds from your ears. The voice assistant guided me through on how to connect my earbuds to my smartphone, even though I already knew how to do it with my experience with the other Jabra products I've gotten in the past. I have an iPhone X, and my Elite 65t connected quickly and with ease. My husband and I have compared them to other wireless earbuds around the same price point, and these are above them all.

Let me start by stating that I love my Bose and Sennheiser Bluetooth earbuds - yoke, and wired sets. These Jabra were a terrific surprise gift, and here's my impression after a couple of days... First, it is important to know that Bluetooth cannot presently match the sound quality of a good, wired earbud. My Sennheiser HD1 is the best sounding Bluetooth earbuds I've listened to. The Bose QC30 is a very close second. That said, this Jabra Elite 65t has a great range for a "truly wireless" set. When I first listened to the Elites, I was thoroughly unimpressed. They needed some tweaking. First, I put on the larger ear tips - this made an incredible difference in the bass. The treble is crisp, bright, and clean. No excessive digital compression artifacts that I could tell. I then opened the app to the 5 band EQ - very limited, but definitely worth fiddling around with. It lacks a way to save my own customized curves so I can switch between them for different media types. The Elites make a very good passive noise-canceling seal, and the pass-through mode has only a very slight hiss - inaudible when listening to music or talk, and a terrific feature. It's adjustable, too. I'm told my voice on phone calls is as clear as if I were using the phone itself. While walking outdoors, traffic and dogs could be heard, but they were not a distraction. I believe that the system adjusts the mic noise canceling, as the person on the other end can hear changes in the background noise level. I believe this also happens when I use pass-through mode, as I can detect the system adjusting for louder background noises. I can also adjust the level that I can hear my own voice while on a call. The controls work well, though the two buttons on the left bud work best when I use my fingernail - I can't operate these with the tips of my fingers. It is easy to start and stop media, turn on and off the pass-through mode, and operate other functions from the buds. The app works well and makes it simple to update the firmware. There are even several "nature sounds" in the app which sound pretty good in the Elites. Would be even better if I could lay with my ear on a pillow to listen to these at night, but the buds are too large for this. I haven't discovered any looping in nature sounds, yet, and they really help with the loud office I work in. A couple of things that could be improved... My cheaper KNZ truly wireless earbuds don't sound nearly as good, and don't have much battery life, but, they can be worn in the shower, and they are more comfortable; EQ needs customization memorization; These buds are somewhat comfortable, but, since most truly wireless earbuds stick out of the ear and look silly, they don't have much skin contact. The Elites fit inside the well of the ear opening and touch the sensitive part of that area. The hard plastic irritates me after some time. Maybe I just need to get used to it. They also "feel" more like closed-back earphone "cans" rather than open-back earphoned - compared with other TW earbuds. It is just a heavier feel - hard to describe if you don't know what I mean. Summary... Get these. They are probably the best bang for the buck in a truly wireless pair of earbuds. Thanks for reading this far. And thanks to my brother for the terrific gift!
