Reliability issue

Due to the design of the Jabra Elite 65t, you will only be able to use the right earbud on its own. To use the left earbud, your right earbud must be powered on and both earbuds must at least be within 8 inches of one another. We regret that you will be returning your Jabra Elite 65t for this reason. We hope that you will consider Jabra again in the future! We are always happy to help.

Great Bluetooth! With phone settings adjustments

They are excellent for phone calls and music .In order to get the best experience you have to download the Jabra application and download the latest software update.Then adjust the equalizer settings to your liking. I am using a Samsung Note 8 which supports bluetooth 5.0 Here is a tip if you want more volume .Go to developers option settings.Then go to "Disable Absolute Volume " and enable it ,also change AVRCP bluetooth version to 1.6 .Go to Play store and download the Speaker Boost application .This app and the sound setting in addition to the eq settings will greatly improve audio quality and sound volume. Try all the ear gels ,different ears different size. There are no bluetooth cut outs and battery last a long time .The earbuds are quite comfortable .I have made several phone calls and the other party heard me perfectly . Cons : No Aptx No LDAC support only supports SBC and AAC codecs .

One Shortfall

They come with different size ear gels so you can find a perfect fit. The sound is great and they stay in my ears well. I really liked them, until I took one of them out to take a call on my work phone. My job allows me the freedom to listen to my music while I work, but I do have to take calls sometimes which means taking one of my ear buds out. With this pair of earbuds that also means losing connection and my music. I don't like that because with other units I can still listen in my left ear even though I take out the bud on the right. I wish this product had that.
