Excellent top tier bluetooth headbuds - solid!

I've had these for 2+ years and they are still going strong. I have had a variety of other bluetooth headbuds before stumbling onto these and these are truly a keeper! Sound output it great, but not that much better than other top tier headbuds at this price point. The standout for the Jabra 65ts are the microphone and being able to use these on phone calls without sounding like I'm driving a convertible with the top down. I am on the phone quite a bit for work and this was definitely a deal breaker with many other headbuds. That being said, they are not without some faults. Still uses micro-USB instead of USB-C and while comfortable, they are big enough where you won't forget you have them on. You can use it single ear, but the right bud is the master and you cannot use the left earbud w/o the right. All-in-all, these are a workhorse and if my current pair were to crap out, I would a replacement in a heartbeat.

    Best Wireless Earbuds Around

I have a few Jabra products and these new wireless earbuds are my favorite thusfar!. When I first put them in, I was a bit worried they would fall out my ears but I had no problems whatsoever. In fact, after a few minutes I had forgotten they were there. The sound quality is amazing but I had no worries in that department, with them having the Jabra name. The set up was super simple and let us talk about the battery life for a second. 5 hours of battery life and 15 total hours with the charging case! Now that is what I am talking about! If you are looking for quality wireless earbuds, I HIGHLY recommend these! I will be purchasing a second pair for Father's Day, my husband will be happy and will hopefully stop stealing mine!

    Ultimate Earbuds

I posted my honest review of these earbuds on my YouTube channel: Pilot Perkins I think these earbuds look far better than the silly looking Apple Airpods. The sound, fit and finish is far superior. People forget that these earbuds can connect to two devices simultaneously, which is huge! Apple Airpods can’t connect simultaneously and the Jabra Elite 65t can. Example: That way you don’t miss a phone call while you are watching a video on your other device.

These are by far my favorite earbuds to date. The sound, comfort, and BT connection are amazing!! My Bose SoundSport Free would constantly disconnect from one another the range was about 5'. These Jabra earbuds have never once disconnected and have range inside the gym of about 60'. I love the Jabra Sound+ app for your phone which allows you to customize the EQ and how much noise canceling you would like. I have it turned up all the way to drown out the horrible gym music. I definitely recommend these and for half the price of the Bose you can't go wrong.

Very expensive and the sound is just ok

These new Jabra wireless earbuds have rave reviews on BestBuy but I found the sound quality to be just ok at best. The buds are very small and fragile especially if you have big hands. The Jabra app is confusing because there are several to download but only one works with this model. Paring was not simple because the instructions say to pair both which is strange. Finally something worked and sound was coming through. The fit is another problem imo, because unlike the Bose the fit of the Jabra is very finicky and definitely not simple as their product video claims. Once both were inserted and working the equalizer in mobile app really helped to liven up the dull sounds quality. We all want totally wireless but honestly, the technology just isn't there yet. I would be worried all the time that one of these Jabra earbuds would pop out and be lost forever. So far the connection between the left and right has not dropped which is a big plus over most others I have tried especially the Bose they were the worst at this. I think for now I will stick with the bluetooth wired beats until a better product than the Jabra 65t comes on the market. Maybe Bluetooth 5 in the new Samsung S9 will promote better wireless music products that actually work.

    Decent not great

I’ve had these headphones since November of 2019 and I loved them at first. They have good sound and fit my ear well but my issue is with the battery. After about three months of use the the amount of time I could use the head phones was cut in half from what I used to get when I first bought them. The headphones will be at 100 percent I use them for an hour and they will be down to 55 percent. I get maybe 3 hours of listening before they need to be charged, when before I could get 5-6 hours of battery life out of them. Sometime they won’t charge in the case even though the case is fully charged up. It happens sparingly but often enough to where it becomes a nuisance. Overall if you are going to buy these to listen to music at work or for long periods of time go with some different earbuds.

    I wanted to like these.

I really really wanted to like these. And there see a lot of great things about them. Pros: Great sound. (On par with mid tier is) Good weight. Great microphones (seriously probably the best on any of these buds.) Really good customization and settings Now for the reason I Will be returning these. They hurt me. I can't hear these for more than a few minutes without some serious fatigue. I have found that longer tips make them significantly more comfortable but then I can't charge them. With the tips that come with them if you're chewing gum they'll get loosened. If they had included something like the Little rubber loop at the top of icon x buds to just help keep these in when doing anything I would have been happy. I decided to order some comply tips and I'm gonna see if those improve anything. If not these unfortunately will be getting returned.

    Not Bad

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Pros: -They pair easily to multiple devices -People say they can hear me well on calls -Sound quality is pretty good overall Cons: -They occasionally fall out all of a sudden. This can be dangerous if you're washing the dishes or doing anything near water... It's hard to tell they're about to fall out. -There's a slight background noise when I'm on calls. It's like the sound of the ocean or the sound of your laptop "running". It's not overly distracting, but it is noticeable. -Case is a bit clunky. I bought a $50 pair from a different brand that had a much better case. It opened easier and had a magnetic feature, so the buds popped into place really easily and quickly. This case feels pretty cheap for the price of these earbuds. -Not super comfortable for long periods of time (but fine for a while). This may be true with all wireless headphones.

Good, should have gone with AirPods

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

So let me start by saying this- if you have never owned or used AirPods on a regular basis and are familiar with the ease of pairing and using that comes with them, these are pretty great headphones. They sound good, feel good, and have some nice features that makes them stand out from the competition. But for me, there are just certain things that I got used to with my AirPods that I find myself missing with these. I lost my AirPods recently and have felt a little naked without that dental floss case resting in my front pocket, so I decided to invest in another pair of earbuds. I know that AirPods aren't the only competitive players on the market so I did some research and came down to being torn between another pair of AirPods or giving something else a go and decided I would try out these 65t's. All the reviews said how great the sound quality of the 65t's were top notch and blew AirPods out of the water....I wouldn't go that far with it because regardless of how good truly wireless earbuds sound, they are still not going to sound as good as a nice pair of cans or custom molded IEMs like I am used to using pretty frequently. The Jabras definitely sound GOOD, but it's not some crazy upgrade like I was expecting. I did really like the isolation that these offered, but for my use case it actually makes more sense to have a little ambient sound filtered through. The ambient mics on the Jabras is a nice touch and I am used to that feature from my Sennheiser PXC-550s that I use when traveling but I just didn't find myself using it all that often here. The fit was great out of the box with the standard tips but I did notice that the Jabras felt significantly heavier than I remember the AirPods feeling. It was easy to pair and the companion app (not required) has some cool features to expand out the earbuds. But there were two things that killed this product for me (coming from AirPods at least.) 1. The connection to the phone. I am NOT talking about initial setup, that was easy enough. I'm talking about when I am ready to watch a video or use my earbuds, I have to take them out of the case and press and hold the right button to turn them on. With my AirPods, after the initial setup, all I had to do was place the buds in my ears and they would automagically (and very qucikly) connect to my phone and immediately start streaming the audio to my buds. I know it seems like a really small thing and maybe I'm just being picky, but it did seem like a step backwards that I am not ok with. 2. The persistent static. I saw this issue listed on some of the reviews and I thought maybe people were being a little over the top with how bad the static is. They were not. To the average listener, maybe it would be totally imperceptible. It was something that I noticed right out of the gate and was constantly there and just bugged me like an itch I couldn't scratch. I know that there will always be a little static on any set of headphones (I even picked up on some on my AirPods) but this was much louder than I was used to. It wasn't as bad when you had audio playing but I could still hear it in the background and it was very noticeable when you were turning the buds off or took one out of one ear and they paused audio playback. Its like when you are in a room with a high pitched tone or buzzing fluorescent lights and they suddenly get turned off. It's almost like I didn't realize I was holding my breath until I took them out and it was immediate relief. You may not find it as noticeable as I did but it was a big reason as to why I returned them and got another pair of AirPods.

What can I say?! These Headphones got me speechless! The highs and Mids are where they are supposed to be and it gives you deep rich clear bass! Not muddy bass like Beats! These headphones do not disappoint! I’d pick these over Beats or AirPods anytime any day! Jabra may not be a popular brand like Sony, Beats, Samsung or Apple but I dare say that these are the best True Wireless headphones out there hands down! If you can get your hands on these then go for it!

Great Sound. Easy to pair, comfortable as well. Battery life really good, I am getting 4 hours min. Just drop them back in the case to recharge fast. Get the Jabra App as well. You can configure Every feature on the app. Including Music equalizer, Hear through, and One ear bud use. Make sure your ear buds are Paired to the phone when you use the app. It also provides firmware updates to your ear buds. Great features and ease of use for the price point.

Having a Huawei P20 Pro, I struggled with the set up as there are special settings required. Nonetheless, I was able to pair and set up the buds without too much difficulty, although you really have to read the instructions on Jabra website, which were only provided in a response to a negative review. Pretty sad that one must go to such trouble to install the app and make it work. Like I said, I did plow through and got them set up. While the sound quality is good to very good (I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10), the volume is ridiculously low. Particularly when compared to the Bose equivalent. The funny thing is, I bought the Bose Soundsport Free last week, and until I tried the 65T's, was planning to return them. Now, after trying out the 65T's, I'm rethinking my plan to return the Bose. I played the same songs using both headsets, and frankly, there is simply no comparison. The Bose offer much more range, and much louder sound. I am a bit surprised by this, as the reviews on the 65T are all pretty positive, with sound quality amongst the positives on most reviews. Perhaps I have a faulty set, but I really doubt it. I will be returning these in the coming days.

Hello ShermCraig - We are sorry to hear that the Jabra Elite 65t did not meet your expectations. Our users have found the set up for the 65t in the Jabra Sound+ app to be very intuitive and user friendly. Huawei phones are a bit different than other phones on the market, and do require some settings in the phone to be changed in order to properly support the required Jabra Service app, which allows Jabra Sound+ to run smoothly. Nevertheless, we are glad that you were able to set it up properly. Did you check out the music equalizer in the Sound+ app? It is a useful tool to help you customize the sound to your liking. Also, we hope that you tried all combinations of ear gels to obtain the most comfortable and secure fit, and to achieve optimal sound quality. Many users have to mix and match between ears, as no two ears are alike. Thank you for your review. Jabra

I have tried numerous earbuds, and I find the Jabra Elite 65T's to be far superior to their competitors. Sound quality is exceptional and they fit perfectly in my ears. Only complaint is with the control buttons. Hopefully Jabra will update the app so the user can have more control on the settings i.e. loudness and track control. Otherwise I am very pleased. Good job Jabra.

    Best truly wireless earbuds yet

Been waiting for these to release since the announcement at CES. Comfort: Fit nicely in the ear and comes with 3 different size tips to fit your ear. I haven't worn them for more than 90 minutes but they were fine the whole time I had them in. Used them at the gym and have had no concerns about them falling out Connectivity: Only experienced a small drop out when I was leaning against the subway door one day but have been using them for over a week and walking through NYC with them without any issues. I'm using an iphone 6s so I'm not on bluetooth 5.0. Call: Call quality has been fine, made a few phonecalls and no one said they had any issues hearing me. Made the calls while walking through the streets. Sound quality: While I'm not an audiophile, these sound great and I've had no issues with volume being loud enough. I typically listen at around 65% volume and its plenty loud enough with the sound isolation of the ear tips. Case: Only reason I'm giving this 4/5 stars is cause the case is not great. It's a bit tough to open and theres no magnetic snap in of the ear buds like on the airpods. While I've gotten used to taking them in and out, just wish they made this a little better. I've come to really like the "hearthrough" feature. Works really well and acts like a hearing aid on your ear if you don't want to take off your ear buds. Other nice features is being able to skip tracks, change volume, pause and have caller id announced all from the earbuds without having to take out your phone.

Used With: Apple products (Iphone 7, iPad Pro, Macbook Air, Apple Watch). The Good: They fit securely and well; they sound very good; great sound isolation (due to fit); easy to charge; sturdy charging case. The Bad: They intermittently mute sound for about a second (hoping this is fixes with a software update); ears can get a little sore after long use; switching between devices isn't painless. Overall: I'm going to keep them because of the great sound isolation and fit - just hoping the intermittent mute issue goes away soon. Software updated to 2.0.2.1 (latest)

Call clarity is excellent. Music quality is good (for earbuds style). Very easy setup. No issues so far, hopefully they also prove reliable over time, will see. They say battery life is 5 hours. I have not tested the limits yet, but the carrying case also recharges them, so as long as you bring the carry case with you, shouldn't be a problem.

After receiving and trying these true wireless headphones out for a few days, I've noticed some very enticing pros, and some very glaring cons. Pros: +Audio quality is surprisingly good for such small earbuds. +The earbuds themselves fit comfortably in your ear, and you hardly notice them when moving around. +Connectivity is fairly easy when using them with only one device. +Hearthrough is a nice feature, and conversely the noise cancelling is impressive. +Headphones charge relatively fast, and the charging case is surprisingly small. Cons: -Audio cuts in and out very frequently when you're not standing still. If you enjoy being able to walk around with your phone in your pocket, these aren't the headphones for you. -With this in mind, only 5 hours of battery life at a time is frankly abysmal, considering you can't use them on the go. You might as well use wired headphones. -There's at least a half second audio delay when playing videos. -The overall quality of these earphones is definitely not worth the price tag. Overall, it's not a bad product if you have plenty of cash to blow, and don't care about using them outside/on the go. Considering there are many better wireless alternatives that are much more reliable in terms of connectivity and audio balance, and for much, much cheaper, it's hard to recommend these to anyone.

Hello Kupo - Thank you for your thoughtful review. Bluetooth communication is difficult to maintain in an open-air environment - it is important to know that the Bluetooth connection between your Jabra Elite 65t and mobile device is done through the right earbud, so keeping your mobile device on the right side of your body while outdoors is the best way to maintain a good signal. Jabra engineers have done a lot to minimize any audio lag, but this lag is largely due to the apps that play the video rather than the Bluetooth device itself. You can witness this by playing the same video from the video app and then directly through a mobile browser. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding your Elite 65t, we would hope that you would reach out to our Product Support Team directly for assistance. Thank you. Jabra

I purchased these in November 2018 for myself, my mom, and sister. After 2 years, they are still working great. I use mine several time a week! Since the pandemic hit, I have been working from home. I use these on webex calls, and I am told my audio is perfectly clear. Before the pandemic, I used it these daily in the gym lifting weights. I don’t run with headphones often, but I didn’t run a few times with these. They worked just fine, occasionally I would have to readjust them, but I also have very small ears. On that small ear note, these do not jut out and look ridiculous on my small frame. When I have my hair down you can’t even tell I have ear buds in. After an hour or 2 my ears are sore from wearing these, but I would say that is no different from the other earbuds I have owned. I would purchase these again if mine decide to quit.
