Favorite Wireless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have airpods, and airpod pros, but I still found myself liking these more. The fit, button controls and functionality of the app make these a winner, and the sound is great (they also come with 4 mics!)

Pray that they dont Fail. Worse Customer Service!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I purchased these, I really liked them! The sound quality is great and the battery life is excellent. Where this goes wrong is after 6 moths of light use, I started having issues with the right earpiece. The audio level would drop and get distorted. I called Jabra Support and was on hold for over 45 min until I got dropped. I called back and finally another 52 min later I spoke to a CSR. I was told I would receive an email with a link to fill out the request for a replacement and to submit my proof of purchase. I filled out the form and uploaded the receipt. When you click on the submit button nothing happens, No confirmation etc. I tried this with two different browsers to make sure this wasn't the issue and I had he same results. Two weeks later, I get an email stating that my info has been received and I would get another email when the replacement part ships. Fast forward 5 weeks I receive an email with a totally different name in the heading than mine stating that they haven't shipped the item and it is estimated to be another month till it ships. WOW! I'm looking for another brand cause I'm tired of the wait! See screen shot of the email from Jabra.

Did not expect them to be this great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are my first true wireless earbuds and I don't regret buying these. Great sound and comfort, has features similar to other true wireless headphones. Even if these are a tad more expensive than the Airpods, it works in both iOS and Android phones. Highly recommended.

Not bad for casual use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I read several reviews here on Best Buy and on independent sources and decided to go with the Jabra 65’s after the price cut when the 75’s were released. I thought, really great reviews and on sale for $99. Can’t beat it. So I’ll say that these headphones have some nice features. Their location is saved on your phone when you turn them off making them easy to find, the app has an equalizer, and you get decent life out of them. However, coming from a pair of Beats these really do miss the mark on sound quality. With my Beats I get a rich, full sound. I also can’t turn my beats to full volume in a quiet room or it hurts my ears. The Jabra’s sound... hollow, if you will. Just not full sound spectrum no matter which preset equalizer I use. If I manually adjust the equalizer, it gets a little better but still not close to my Beats. Also, I sat in a quiet living room and turned the sound all the way up and the sound still wasn’t at that “uncomfortable” level. May not seem like a big deal but when you walk into a gym that’s playing sound with weights clanking around you lose even more sound quality. I was really optimistic but unfortunately these ear buds didn’t live up to the hype. I’ll be returning them for a pair of Beats or maybe even some AirPods.

Great sound, design and fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I'm very pleased with these earbuds from Jabra. Sound quality and noise isolation are both excellent. They have an attractive design, fit snug in your ear and I appreciate that I can activate Google Assistant with via the right earbud.

Great Sound, Ok fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jabra Elite 65t was considerably more comfortable than the original Jabra Sport headset. I truly thought and hoped that this set would be a keeper. The sound was great, taking calls was great, and the controls worked very well. Unfortunately I could not get a good fit with any of the buds that were supplied. I did want to use these for working out 99% of the time so a good solid fit was most important for me. I had to keep adjusting each side when I went from motion to motion while at the gym. I would get a tight seal on one then the other would start to slip and vice versa. The final straw took place when leaving the gym and one fell completely out of my ear while walking to my car. I went from the gym straight to BB and bought the infamous Bose Soundsport Free ear set. Believe me when I say I only bought these for 4 reasons. 1- the Jabra set was not going to work at all due to fit 2- I know the Bose set will fit since I already have the wired Soundsport 3- Bose sound quality is excellent and 4- They were on sale $50 off and I had another $25 in point rewards. So I got them for $5 more than the Jabra's which were at a great starting price right off the bat. Overall I would tell anyone to try the Jabra as they are a very nice set if you can get them to fit right, if so I'd go with them hands down.

Great for the Casual and Active User
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased these after seeing terrible reviews on the Powerbeats 3, plus I needed a more casual wireless set for everyday use as well as minimum gym use. These went beyond my expectations. Utilizing the different functionalities without using my phone was outstanding. At work, I can listen to music and still be in contact with my co-workers with the HearThrough technology and cutting on the noise-cancellation when I needed to focus was a breeze. I was able to talk on the phone and no issues were given when talking to the person on the other line. Only flaw I can mention is my ears began to feel a little discomfort after prolonged usage, but this was also prior to exchanging the earbud size. Awesome product!

Get The Active Model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the Jabra Elite Active 65t. All the online reviews claim these are basically the same without the sweat protection. That's a falsehood as the active model sounds better, it fits better, both the buds and the charge case are tougher and heaftier. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 30 on the active model.

Posted .Hi guarddog13 - Thank you for your detailed feedback! The Jabra Elite 65t and the Elite Active 65t are indeed close to identical. They have the same sound, fit, and shape of the earbuds. The only differences are that the Active version is made with a slightly softer plastic, allowing it to be more water resistant, and the Active version includes a step counter. That being said, we are very glad that you are enjoying the Elite Active 65t! We would encourage anyone who has questions about our products, yourself included, to contact us: https://www.jabra.com/ServiceMenu/contact/ContactJabraSupport/ContactJabraSupportConsumer. Thank you!

Great fit and sound but the case...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love these earbuds but hate the case. It opens and closes with difficulty especially with arthritic hands, but even when I'm not achy I don't like it. It charges very fast and lasts very long which is great. But they fall out and don't seat well. There's no magnet to lock them in right and even the grooves where they rest don't always line up and charge. This case blows!

The Best for Some
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These did not fit me. They hurt a bit when they seal once you figure out how to properly set them in your ears. I rtfm and watched some videos to learn how to properly. However, it always hurt and they ALWAYS fell out. If I yawned, smiled, turned my head quickly, etc. the seal would break and I'd have to hold my hand up to catch them. The buttons are made so you have to uncomfortably push the earbuds deeper in your ear canal than it should ever be. The sound quality was great but not Bose level. The passive sound isolation worked well and the Hearthrough feature i# fantastic at letting you quickly hear the outside world. However, if you work out or are active at all with them, you will lose them. No tip size will help. If they don't work for you, they never will. Having a wing attached might fix some of the issue with these buds, but they have nothing. They need a redesign in my opinion.

Bass problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jabra fell short of the mark with these wireless ear buds. The design is very appealing. They are two tone in color. There are four mics. Unless you have large ears the portion that is inside your ear will get irritated after about hour and a half. The buds have a low profile. There Is an unequal balance in range. The bass is nonexistent, mid range is okay, the highs or treble is crisp. It seems that Jabra designed them for call clarity and not music. Speaking of which, there is no active noise cancellation. It is easy to pair them to your phone. The cost is too high to have so many short falls. Pros: Appearance Connectivity Clarity Cons: Absolutely no bass Ergonomic design USB port vs USB Comfort No active noise cancellation Cost

Falls out of my ears.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switch over from beats Because they died on me from minimum use. When I purchased these earbuds the sales person assured me that this Particular brand is the best for comfort and quality. The sound was good the controls are a little hard to navigate But I was willing to stick it out. The Issue I have is that I’ve tried all the pieces for the ear and for whatever reason they always falls out of my ear I’ve tried this for the last two days and I’m returning them on my third day of purchase. Maybe I just have a difficult ear to fit.

The killer whale of Earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These nickel sized earbuds are a delight to the ears. They don't give you any pain in your ear canals if you wear them for hours time others do. You'll enjoy its crystal clear quality sound to listen to your favorite playlists and movies if you travel long on road trips and/or via plane. These are really the killer whales of all the wireless earbuds out there now. Love them.

Sound Bad & Hurt
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Verified Review - I bought these from Best Buy - I don't know why they deleted my original review. With such good "expert" reviews, & such a high price, I figured these must be good. So much for so called "experts." The Bad: 1. THE SOUND. THEY SOUND BAD. There is lack of definition across the entire frequency spectrum. It isn't bad sound like amplifier distortion, but more like the distortion of cone breakup. There is no definition anywhere in the spectrum. Loud, quiet, it doesn't make a difference, so it probably isn't actual driver cone breakup, but a deficiency in the electronics. This is particularly disconcerting because "experts" raved about the sound quality. I have $25 bluetooth earbuds that sound better. 2. They hurt. To get them to stay put I basically have to screw them into my ear. The frame portion connecting to the auricle & the ear-tip in the ear-canal both are painful. I don't know who's ears these are designed for, but I do know they aren't designed for mine. You'd think for this kind of cash there'd be a plethora a selection of ear-tips & whatnot that'd make them fit well. There isn't. 3. The look kinda stupid. Because of the bright colors they stand out. No subtlety there. 4. The person that I talk to via the built=in microphone said I sounded clear, but faint, the faintest of all 7 earbud pairs I have. 5. THE PRICE. You'd think for what these cost, they'd be great. They aren't even mediocre. I have 7 pairs or totally wireless bluetooth earbuds. These are the most expensive and the least used. These things COST FAR TOO MUCH for what you get. There's what, $9 worth of parts in there? You'd think with the retail price the manufacturer could have kicked in another $2 worth of quality. The Good 1) The feature where you can hear ambient room sounds is a good thing. WHY only Jabra has this I can't fathom. It is such an obvious need. I noticed the requirement for this the FIRST time I put in bluetooth earbuds. A five year old could figure this out. 2) They are more attractive than some earbuds. I know, this is pretty weak, considering they aren't attractive, but I HAVE seen worse. 3) The extended arm with the microphones is good. Too bad the audio output is so low for the person on the other end. All-in-all, I recommend that: 1) DON'T BUY THESE 2) IGNORE EXPERT REVIEWERS. I've read some of these people's credentials. They *sound* impressive. Too bad their actual adroitness at reviewing things is so anachronistically low. My suggestion to *expert* reviewers: Get a real job. Reviewing stuff is child's play. I'm no audio expert like the "experts." I have owned & operated a professional recording studio. I've been working with audio for decades. I'm an early adopter of all things tech. I play musical instruments (piano, guitar, drums, saxophone, cello). I owned a 1st generation cell phone (mobile we called it back then), am a technical engineer by trade, have several degrees, years of experience, oh, I guess I'm probably better able to judge things than the so called experts, & my judgement is that these things aren't too good. Like I said, I have $25 earbuds that sound better & hurt less.

Audio quality, as well as comfort, are often improved by getting the best fit. Please take a look at the video linked at the end. Real reviews thinks good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: Nice sound, equalizer, noise very good and Battery excellent Cons: you can play music with left side because you need the two Jabra Headphone when you need play music , Because only play music the right side and the left is up and down the volumen and you can not receive calls if the right earphone is off or charging is automatically disconnected from the bluetooh , so poor 200 dollar for this apple is wining , For runing very good but maybe you can only use one you need connect together

The right earbud connect to the phone through Bluetooth, and the left connects only to the right earbud. You are able to use the right earbud solo for listening to music, with volume controls through your connected device. If the right earbud is off or charging, your calls will automatically go to your phone as usual. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are glad to help. Thank you.

Really wanted to like these
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, I compared this and the Bose, and chose Jabra because of the fantastic reviews and feature set. I've used the Bose earphones before and find them very comfortable, but I took a risk and got these. With the standard ear tips, it fit solidly in my ear and blocked most of the noise, and the sound was pretty good, but after a few minutes, the pressure on my ear canals started to hurt and I could not relax my ear muscles. I went for the smaller tips, and although they did fit comfortably, the sound became very thin and tinny. If I could get the sound for the medium tips with the comfort of the small ones, we'd have a winner. but alas, for this price point, I cannot have one without the other.
