Good, if they fit your ears!

I had these for 1 day, and returned them the next day. These would not stay in my ears, I took them to the gym and walked fast hills on the treadmill, but I was pushing these back in my ears like every 2-3 min. Very annoying. Now, I do have smallish ears, and I think that is the problem. My take, if you have normal/bigger ears, these will work and stay put, but, if you have smaller ears, they will not work. Now, these do sound pretty good. The price is good too! I however, do better with the Bose SoundSport completely wireless. I wear those to workout, and I use the AirPods when I am studying.

Just bought these today (18Jul21) to replace my Bose. They are better than my Bose earbuds. $50 less. PROS: Price, sound (good balance) 6 different tones to choose earbuds are comfortable (used large ones) read instructions after downloading app-"quick setup" sucks app instructions are very helpful short charging time so far so good CONS: buds can slip out of your had due to the material they are made from. they need some texture in order to maintain grip that is the reason I gave it 4 stars. otherwise it would be 5 stars Overall I recommend them.

    Great sound, weird fit

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The good: easy to use, pair and they sound AMAZING. The not-so-good: the fit. Despite having near wired-quality sound and an amazing app to tweak the sound and functionality of the buds, the way they fit in my ears and inability to stay in them knocked these otherwise great buds down to two stars. The reason is that they have a shallow depth for holding on into the ear canal. I bought these not for the sound, but the fact many reviews said they had a tight fit. Wearing these in my morning walk to work, I find myself constantly readjusting them so they don't fall out onto a corss walk (happened once). The other issue is the gel material for the tips. It's smooth and thin and doesn't have a lot of grip to stay firmly into place. Oh, trust me, I have tried the medium and large tips that come with these ear buds to have them stay in place to no avail. It's such a common problem, after market foam tips have been created - as ell as by Jabra - to solve this problem and will cost you an additional $20-$30 to make your buds stay in your ears. For those who have no issue with this I am truly envious. However, if you buy these, and they don't fit after a day or two of playing with them you have two options: return them or buy additional pricy tips to make them work for you.

    Fantastic when they worked

These ear buds were fantastic to start. Quick bluetooth connection, good noise cancelling, easy functional buttons, and good sound quality. I have had mine for over a year and used them for work and the gym so they have had their fair share of usage. Unfortunately the left ear bud has gone out and is mostly static and all the sound is quite muffled. I wish they could hold up longer but they were great while they lasted.

    Underdeveloped Product

I bought these based on reviews that claimed that the microphones greatly improved the quality of call audio compared to competing products, unfortunately, that hasn't been the case in my experience. These had a similar problem to other headsets where background noise was amplified during a call, as if the sound passthrough was turned on and couldn't be turned off. Even with 4 microphones, there seemed to be no distinction between ambient noise and my voice. The biggest problem I had with the Jabra Elite 65T was the fit. The headphones stayed in my ears better than expected, but the hard plastic casing pressed against cartilage above my ear canal, causing soreness and tenderness after a very short period of time, no amount of adjusting could fix this so I was forced to return them. On the positive side, the sound quality was very good, the noise passthrough worked well when listening to music, and the volume went sufficiently high. If you do not need to make calls outside of a silent office and don't have the fitment problems that I had, then these could be worth your while.

It automatically paired with my iPhone 6S Plus. Setting up was easy after i downloaded the Sound + app. It felt comfortable in my ear and the medium size ear piece was just right. Might do some more tweaking to get use to the use. I’m happy i made the purchase after reading the reviews on this product.

I got these earbuds and expected them to be good for how much your paying for them and was really disappointed they fit ok, during my hour of gym time They fell out once and whenever I was watching a video or listening to music with any sort of bass or just noise that push the earbuds they completly crumbled I was left with what sounded Like blown speakers, so needless to say the equalizer app they have is pretty useless.

    Great Fit, Terrible Sound

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

This is my first review for a tech product, so I never do these, however I felt that I had to for this product. I watched several review videos and read the specifications before purchasing these because of the price on them. After watching and reading as many reviews as I could, they all made me want these ear buds. I set them up, and put on my favorite album, and was immediately disappointed. So I changed the audio settings, and no matter what custom or pre-made setting I used, it was terrible sounding. I even tried different genres, and still it was awful. The music was hollow and tinny, sounding like a cheap $10 pair of ear buds you get as a last resort at the airport. The packaging was nice, the carrying case was nice in size but felt cheap in composition, like it would easily open in a bag or your pocket. Along with that the ear buds are not magnetically attracted to the carrying case so they would fall right out if this happens. They felt comfortable in my ears and they look nice in the ear as well, not very large so they do not stick out much, and after shaking my head around in ways more aggressive than working out, they remained in location. Overall, for the money I would NOT recommend this, I am returning them right away.

    Great Sound, Great Features

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Pros: Features, Sound Cons: A little uncomfortable after 3 hours (but probably because of my small ears) The sound is really nice and balanced. I have tried a few other truly wireless buds and sound wise these are the best as far as balanced sound. The app lets you customize your EQ or choose from a few presets which is a nice feature. It also has a "find my jabras" feature with GPS tracking which I love. Another feature that works really well is the "Hear Through" that lets in ambient noise. It sounds natural and helps you not be too isolated from your surroundings when walking outside and crossing streets. For my Cons: These buds are on the bid side so they did put some pressure on my ear. After 3 or more hours of wearing them the sensation becomes slightly uncomfortable, but is easily ignored for the most part. My ears are pretty small so this minor inconvenience can most likely be attributed to that.

After searching and reading review after review, I have finally found the truly wireless earbuds that do exactly what I expect truly wireless earbuds to do. - They can connect to multiple devices (i.e. connect to both my laptop and phone at the same time). - They have excellent sound quality (calls and music). - They don't drop connection when moving! Compared to my Bragi The Headphone earbuds, these do not have that awkward feeling while in your ear canal. They don't feel too deep as to make listening and operating uncomfortable The case is slightly odd because it does not stand up on its own. But everything about these earbuds is intuitive and fantastic.

    Fall out easily

I read all the reviews so I bought these earbuds with high expectations. However, I found that when I run they have a tendency to pop out unexpectedly so you’re constantly having to stop and find it. Also, just wearing them while working on the yard they fall out. I’ve tried different tips but that didn’t help. One other note, while they may be sweat proof, they fit so snug in the ear that I noticed moisture and heat in my ear. I kept having earaches that I couldn’t figure out - but it’s these earbuds. I’m switching to a bone conducting type that leaves my ear open and so I can hear traffic. With these earbuds you don’t hear a car until it’s on you. Not very safe. Glad I run with my dog!

Hello LucyinSA- thanks so much for your review of the Jabra Elite 65t. We are sorry to hear that you were not able to find a secure fit with your Elite 65t earbuds. Since everyone's ears are shaped slightly differently, we recommend trying all of the different sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Furthermore, we strongly encourage you to check out our support article which details how to get the best fit with your Jabra Elite 65t: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-65t-iet-6500/100-99000000-02/faq/How-do-I-get-the-best-fit-with-my-Jabra-true-wireless-earbuds#/. If you would like to hear your surroundings when wearing the earbuds, we recommend activating the HearThrough feature of the Elite 65t. This feature can be found in the corresponding Jabra Sound+ app and allows you to hear the noises in your surrounding environment without needing to remove the earbuds from your ears. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything else we can help you with https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/Jabra-Elite-65t-IET-6500/100-99000000-02/contact-support. Pros: NO PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTIVITY They're pretty comfortable No problems staying in my ears when working out in the gym Battery life is good and charging is quick Charging case is small and lightweight Work great for phone calls Cons: Sound is somewhat "tinny" if you don't adjust the EQ using the app, or whatever app you're using on your phone. I use a Galaxy Fit 2 smartwatch with music loaded on it for working out. There's no way to adjust the EQ on it, so it could sound much better if I could....not bad enough to drop a star off the review though.

    Dropped Connectivity

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I bought these after a lot of research, watching videos and reading reviews, and was hopeful that they would live up the the very positive reviews. I bought them in January, brought them home, paired them easily, loaded the app everything was good. The sound was okay, not great compared to reasonable wired in ear earbuds from Sony, Klipsch and Apple. The call quality was very good although there was often a significant delay in connecting to pick up the call. Generally they were adequate. Starting 45 days after I started using them, they began dropping connectivity and not recognizing any devices. so I would delete the device and start over to re-pair to the phone. The frequency of this problem increased to the point that when I went to the gym they would not work and would not repair. So basically they are not dependable. At this price my expectations are higher both in quality and dependability. If you just have to have a set of wireless earbuds, I would be really tempted to buy something cheaper as this group of products appears to be disposable not something that you can rely on using for several years. The group of products is improving quickly so spending at the high end now may be a mistake. Best Buy was great to deal with, and I will continue to shop there for the in person and personal service.

Listen. The sound quality is fantastic. Easily the best sounding earbuds I've owned. Battery life is great. The case works. They're not uncomfortable as some reviews have said. Yadda yadda yadda. BUT. As some people have pointed out the left bud is bad. After only 1 week of use my left earbud has a problem with static and doesn't maintain the connection to my phone. I'm returning mine and waiting for the new Airpods to come out. Save your money. These are waaay too expensive to have them give out after 7 days of use.

Not big on bluetooth, kind of an audio snob. Was tempted into the bluetooth earphone market when B&O released their new e8, but decided the price point was too high just to occasionally replace my wired Campfire earphones while I'm exercising. Honestly, giving these 5 stars because I've had 0 connectivity issues, was surprised at the audio quality because I've never been a bluetooth fan, and like the look/build of these.

Was very excited to get these... but was immediately disappointed. Sound quality was pretty good for price point but I felt like they had to be pushed so far up my ear drum to get consistent and equal sound in each ear. They were also also rather uncomfortable. That could be just my ears. Loved the call features. Ended up returning And going a different direction.
