Did not turn on
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fit was great and i really wanted to keep these buds but i had to return them. The first pair i bought the left bud would not turn on so i returned them for another set. The second set the right bud would not turn on. I didn't want to take a 3rd chance cause i was afraid both buds would not turn on so i will be looking for another bud.

Really Disappointing Sound.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like these earbuds, but after giving them a try they turned out to be a huge disappointment. The sound quality was the biggest issue. There is hardly any bass for any type of music. Overall it's a very tinny sound. Even after adjusting the EQ settings on the app, the sound didn't get much better. The fit was pretty awful too. I had to push the buds very far into my ear to get the sound that I was hoping for and had to hold them there to keep that sound. I didn't feel like they were going to fall out at all and the reception for music and for calls was great, but again the sound quality is terrible for this tier of earbud. Other than these I've only tried the Bose Soundsport Free and these don't come close to the sound that the Bose provide. Even with the newest version of Bluetooth on the Jabra's I'll be going with the Bose.

Nice Sound until Left Earbud Quits
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After a few months, the left bud just stops producing sound. Not just music, but the internally-produced feedback and voice prompts as well. I have now had TWO warranty replacements for this very issue. And I had to go through a huge rigamarole to get them to issue an RMA both times, I am not at all confident that my current, third set will continue to work. I see from many other reviews that this is a recurring problem. Not just with the 65t, but with the hewer 75t as well.

While we are glad you reached out to our support team for assistance, we are sorry to learn that the Jabra Elite 65t warranty replacements you have received have had the same challenge. Waste of Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a pair at Best Buy about two months ago. They lasted exactly one month before the right earbud blew out. I took them in and was given a new pair thanks to the $40 insurance I purchased. The new pair lasted 3 weeks before the right earbud blew out. I wouldn't have been surprised by some connectivity issues given they're totally wireless, but two blown out speakers within days of purchase is just insane. $230 just down the drain. I enjoyed the headphones when the speakers worked, but that didn't last nearly long enough to justify the purchase. Incredibly poor quality at any price. Save your money!

Begging for more
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is awesome. Talk is miserable. Regular disconnects and not able to establish compared to my other headphones. Seems like kinks need to be worked out.

Terrible for music
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Jabra Elite 65t's are absolutely terrible for listening to music. Thin. Shrill. No bass. Very unpleasant. They MIGHT be OK for podcasts but DO NOT BUY THESE IF YOUR PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO LISTEN TO MUSIC. They were so offensive that I never got around to assessing their lag and thus their suitability for watching video. For music they are ZERO stars. Apple AirPods and Bose SoundSport Frees both sound WAY better for music. AirPods, are very pleasant, very light, very small, and contrary to many reviews, actually have some bass. The SoundSport Frees also are pleasant and are comfortable despite their size. The SoundSport Frees sound quite similar to the AirPods but by comparison have a lot more bass. Also, the Jabra's lack of a magnetic case is a big negative. I would not recommend the Jabras under any circumstance.

Nice idea, several problems, going back
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these based off reviews. While all ears are different, these were uncomfortable for me, no matter the ear tip. I have a old LG Tone that doesn't bother me. Maybe because the Jabras go so deep into the ear. The sound wasn't very good, imho. Kinda tinny even after playing with the app equalizer. Finally, I had some drop outs in as short a distance as 15 feet. They totally shut down around 40 feet, so I can't park my phone and run around the house. Sending these back.

Worked great until they didn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these in June and they charged quickly, were easy to use, come in a convenient case, work with my phone and laptop well. But over the past few days they will not play anymore. I hear a strange clicking sound when music or podcasts are apparently playing, and no amount of charging or resetting will fix it. Wish I hadn't spent over $100 on earbuds that were only good for three months.

Great Sound - Terrible Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned the Jabra Elite 65t headphones for 2 months. Loved the sound for the first 3 weeks. Then the sound stopped in the left earbud. I've spoken with their customer support 5 times and still waiting for a warranty replacement. Keep getting the runaround replacement earbuds are on back-order. Rating would be higher if the company cared about their customers. Owning headphones for 8 weeks and only enjoying them for 3 weeks is ridiculous.

Good but not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I first opened the product at my house and the whole experience was amazing. From the sound quality, fitting and connectivity. I know it's not the sport active but I decided to take it to the gym anyway to test it out. As soon as I got to the gym, it kept cutting in and out of connection. Basically the whole 1.5 hours at the gym. Maybe because of bluetooth interference but it was a bad experience. To me that's a deal breaker. Returning first thing tomorrow.

Unsuable for calls, tried two units from BB...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to love these things. I ordered from bestbuy.com and paid for expedited shipping so I could have these things in time for a big conference call I have set for 2/8. I have tested these with callers, recorded calls via GoToMeeting, and tested both with my MacBook Pro and my iPhone X. The audio quality is beyond unacceptable for calls. I have an open support ticket with Jabra to see if they can come up with a solution. While I was waiting, I saw that my local BB had some in stock as of today, and I went to purchase another pair just to check and see if it was a fluke, and I got a bad unit. The second pair was identically bad, and immediately returned. I am holding out hope that Jabra support is able to come up with a hot-fix for this, but it's not looking good for the production firmware to be this unusably bad for the critical feature that differentiates these from all the other wireless earbuds on the market. The release firmware is 1.1.0 (1033) at the time of writing, and the Jabra Sound+ SW version for iOS is 1.1 (1.1.01) in the app. I'll try to update the review if things change. Until there's a fix, I wouldn't bother if you want to use these for calls.

Never would ever recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These earbuds are by-far the worst I've ever tried, and I've been around the block with cheap earbuds. Not only do they feel bulky in your ear, but the sound quality is beyond poor. Unless I turned my music up all the way, I could still hear people and sounds around me. The earbuds don't claim to be noise cancelling so that is fair but goodness it is terrible! If my phone was under my leg, my calls would get all weird and would eventually drop. Now it comes to size. The earbuds are HUGE. They look like theyre designed to fit to the shape of your ear but the odds of them fitting perfectly are not high. My left ears earbud would either hurt my ear or just fall out regardless of size. I returned these and bought the J Bird ones and am much happier.

The sound is not great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I researched all kind of ear buds. I took a chance on these being that the gentleman at the store highly recommended them. They dont stay in your ear. The sound is not great AT ALL. I exchanged them for the Bose Soundsport and Wow! They blew all others out of the water. Go for Bose. You wont regret it.

BUYER BEWARE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these headphones and expected to be enjoying a good headphone for almost $200 bucks. After a few uses i noticed that the right ear was much lower than the left.I emailed Jabra customer service for some help and at the time of me writing this they still have not gotten back to me and if you send an email dont expect to hear back from them anytime soon. I like to spend my money with companies that at least fake like they want to help you but Jabra or GN whatever they call themselves are the worst ! I wouldn't recommend buying something from them for FREE!! If you are looking for a company to have your back after you buy their product please look elsewhere! Anywhere except JABRA !!

Not good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OMG! Why did I want to replace my Apple Earpods with these? They seemed to have a lot of nice features on paper. However, once I did the update and paired them with my iPhone X, the sound was no where what I thought. I think I am going to take them back to Best Buy. My Apple Earpods and my Bose Sound Sports are better than these.

Earbud fell out 3 times & was lost forever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm extraordinarily upset with my purchase. After buying these 3 weeks ago on February 3 and only using them 4 times, I had one bud fall out of my ears twice and luckily caught it in mid-air. Today, after 5 minutes of use while shopping at a mall, it fell out a third time and was lost forever! I had tried the three sizes of gels and it made no difference. I think it's shameful that a company with such a good reputation would sell such a poorly designed product.

Buggy, poor battery
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only works if it is in right ear, if you remove the right ear bud the leftstops playing, this is even after I have it set on the app not to pause if removed from ear, which is an option. Everything is based on the right earbud. I have returned already once because the first pair flat out didn’t work, the left ear bud didnt play at all. Battery life is awful, the app to control sound is more of a trap, not easy to use, consistently asks you for data to send to jabra and contact info.

Posted .Hello Bedstuyguy - The right earbud of your Jabra Elite 65t connects to your mobile device through Bluetooth. The left earbud connects to the right using a different technology and the range is much shorter. If you have questions or concerns related to your Elite 65t, we invite you to contact our Product Support Team for assistance. Contact details can be found at https://bit.ly/3eVADLG. Thank you.

Not impressed returned for Bose Soundsport Free
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After reading many reviews, I bought a pair yesterday but had to return several hours later. The major problem I had was with the controls and the ear tips. Since the controls are on the side of the units, you need to push the buttons hard enough that it pushes the units further into your ear canals. When I went to remove the pods from my ear, the ear tip was stuck inside my ear. Needless to say, I returned them for the Bose soundsport free. Yes the Bose are a bit bulkier but they are far more comfortable and the controls are far more user friendly.
