    Missed the Mark

    I was disappointed. I found several issues. The case is hard to open. I almost broke a nail each time I tried to open. They are nice in size but found them difficult to put in so that they stayed in place. During calls, the sound would get lower and lower. So low to where I couldn't hear the person I was talking to. I ended up returning them for the BOSE Wireless earbuds. Much better quality in call and musically.

    I bought this earbuds more than a year ago and I just want to give my review. The left ear bud stopped playing sound after a few months of use, I contacted customer service and they helps up with some testing but did not work, so they sent us a replacement and after a few months of used happened the same thing, stop to work one of the bud, so I gave up and didn't contact customer service again.

    Sound imbalance common issue

    I bought this pair a couple months ago, had very lite use just in house, and now it already developed severe sound imbalance, with right plug way weaker than left, almost no high pitch at all. This is unbelievable for such an expensive pair. Before talking about any sounds quality or feature or convenience, I need a BASIC functionality first! Do a quick google search "jabra sound imbalance" you will see the thousands page discussion on reddit.

    Sound quality!!!!

    The sound quality is overall garbage. I picked them up and tried them in the parking lot to check that they weren’t a bad pair but was quickly concerned when i heard the poor quality. i assumes they were duds so i swapped them out at best buy and realized that it’s just the product that’s terrible. I assumed that my old ears wouldn’t be able to notice the difference between 300 dollar and 180 dollar earbuds but it was definitely noticeable.

    Uncomfortable, Bad Sound

    I originally purchased these headphones but quickly realized I made a mistake. They were uncomfortable, and the sound is terrible. One ear piece was louder than the other (still not loud), and the sound quality had no depth or range to it. I returned them and purchased the Bose. I'm very glad that I did. The difference is night and day. I'm not a Bose fan boy, nor do I write a lot of reviews. Hopefully this review saves someone the trouble.

    Was so excited about these and got them . But sissy when I struggled to pair the left ear . It wasn’t working right out of the box . I turned right back around and got my funds backs . Not mad but disappointed. I stood in line to pick these up for a bit just to be disappointed.

    Out of the box they never worked.

    The left earbud worked sometimes. I had to adjust the left controls on all of my devices and had to re-sync constantly. Couldn't tell you about the battery... didn't use them long enough for the battery to die. The warranty process was very painful... so just returned them to Best Buy. DO NOT BUY.

    I bought these yesterday they paired right up no problem played music no problem Charged all night this morning can’t do anything to get them to pair with phone all the lights work but will not pair to my phone.also won’t flt I take one easy step the right one falls out going back today

    very bad wireless earbuds

    for 2 days they were perfectly fine then the next day the left earbud completely went out I tried everything to fix them and I just starting getting more mad if you want a set of wireless earbuds for only 2 days then this pair is perfect for you if I could I would give these earbuds a 0/5

    Make sure you do an internet search for "Jabra left earpiece not working" before you buy these. I wish I would have known. It seems it's a issue. It's taken over a month of emails from Jabra to get them to do anything about it. At this point, I'll just buy a different brand.

    I PURCHASED THESE JABRA 65t A MONTH AGO AND AFTER A WEEK THEY DON'T POWER ON I RETURNED THEM TO JABRA AND WAS TOLD I GOT TO WAIT UNTILL THEY MAKE ANOTHER ONE BEFORE THE WARRANTY EXCHANGE TAKE PLACE HERE I AM ONE MONTH AND COUNTING.I WOULD NEVER BUY ANOTHER JABRA PRODUCT.

    Died in 3 months. Very upset about it! Talk about warranty! You have to spend hours to "diagnose" with their customer support before then can really do something. If you are cheap enough you can waste the time otherwise NOT WORTH IT!

    Left ear bud died after 2 months of use.

    Left ear bud died completely after 2 months of 1 hour use daily. Unless you have money to throw away I wouldn't recommend these at all. Went back to using my jaybird x3 which have lasted me for 1 year + and going strong.

    This product seem good in the beginning but it started to develop disconnecting issue and the sound started to distort on the right until they both no longer charge. I should have paid for the warranty.

      Open the charging case and place the earbuds inside the case.
      Leave the lid open, and plug it into a power source using the supplied USB cable and the power supply or a wall charger with a standard voltage of 5v +- 0.25v.
      (Note: It is not recommended to charge the earbuds/case using a power supply with a higher voltage)
      Once you see the case battery level LED indication light up near the port after 3 to 5 sec, please close the lid.
      Allow the earbuds and the case to charge for 2 hours to receive a full charge.
