Lack on bass … even with it cranked up via the app. Overall, they are good sound for watching movies and listening to music casually, but not for audiophiles

I love Jabra’s products however the buttons were a bit hard to push and the case was a beast to open. The new updated version the 75t makes a world of a difference.

Great Earbuds

They charge fast and the battery gives you hours of listening time. Switching between devices is also seamless. I've had a lot of Earbuds and these are the best so far. One tip is that because they are in your ears the connects can get a build up and they need to be clean to get a solid connection when charging.

It has a weak connection with my samsung note 9.

Just randomly loses sound in the right earbuds. If you crank up the volume it will sometimes come back. Looked at site and followed instructions to re sync but didn’t help.

They really do stay in your ears

Best Buy associate helped me pick these. He said the sound is very good and they are excellent at staying in your ear. So glad he helped me. These are great. So far they have never fallen out of my ears. A nice surprise is they work with my laptop so I can use them for conference calls while working from home.

The only reason it gets 4 stars is that I use them while working and certain electrical equipment makes the earbuds cut out. Never had that with my jaybird x3s.
