The only thing i dont like is depending on how they are in my ear, the sound will be cut off, and they could use a bit more bass.

Had to return them though, I could not keep them in my ears, I think I have weird ears and they just would not stay put.

Jabra ear buds

He says they are comfy fo wear, but he only uses 1 while at work. (In construction cant use both) Pros- comfy, uses app for settings, comes with caSe and different ear bud sizes, quick charging, clear convo while charged. Cons- there is NO noise canceling on these for background noise. When battery runs low, it cuts out on convo. (When he is on job sites, I hear more of trucks and background sounds than of him. While in truck it is clear)

Everything BUT Sound Quality is Great.

Con -Audio quality was mediocre. Seeing all the 5 star reviews I'm confused, my $10 wired Panasonic earbuds I use at work produce a very noticeable better sound than these even after tweaking with the EQ. Maybe I got a defective set. I will be returning these earbuds.

It does sound like you might have a faulty unit. You should definitely be having rich audio quality for calls and music.

Problem I had was needing the smallest rubber bud to use for my small ear canal. What to do if they are lost or damaged. Otherwise great.

Great replacement for basic AirPods

I am also one of those people who needed silicone “wings” to get the AirPods to stay in my ears and I have no such problems with these. I bought on sale for only $90, and for that price this was an excellent purchase.
