I've always liked Jabra products as I'm in an industry where I use them a lot. I have a lot of their products including wired headphones, wireless headphones, blue tooth ear piece, and a speak phone for my office. I saw these and thought I'd like to give them a try as so far, the products have been good to me and didn't see much of a risk. Overall, I like them but they don't seem to be as good as other earbuds I've used. You have to twist them a little to get them comfortable but once they're in, they stay nicely and are comfortable. The app that compliments them is ok. Has some good features but the settings aren't saved so every time you use them, you have to hit a button that loads your settings. Should be automatic. The "hear through" is a great idea but I can't seem to get it to work correctly. Once you turn it on, it seems to stay on vs turning off when you want. Again, not a huge deal but could be so much better. Sound wise, they're ok, seems hit and miss around volume and clarity of sound. Sometimes, they sound a bit muted or muddy and other times they sound great. I have other earbuds that sound much cleaner constantly which is frustrating about these ones. Phone calls do sound good but I'd expect that from a company who's main focus is communication based headsets. The carrying case has so much promise but again, comes up lacking. it has a clip close latch which is good because it securely closed the case and makes sure they don't fall out BUT it's not easy to open. Would be great to have a magnet closure or a button that unlocks it. The best part of the case is it's size, it's small and easy to carry around. Takes a little to get use to how they fit in the case but once you do, it works pretty well. Overall, they're good but not great. For the price, I'd expect a lot more but can't say they're bad.

Haven't used a lot yet but so far they work well, no issues syncing with phone, takes a little getting use to, but they definitely stay in, time will tell as I use them more, especially at the gym

They have a discrete look an excellent fit and great sound quality.

The sound is amazing. The option to turn on noise canceling or to boost your surroundings is awesome. However, the fit is terrible. I've tried all three tips and all of them are just too uncomfortable.

I really like the ease of connection these make to my iPhone. Great sound too! Only trouble is they keep falling out of my ears. So your mileage may vary. I like them though.

I bought these to block noise on planes and they work well for that. They are also great in the office. People have commented that call quality is good, which it should be at this price.

I was hesitant as my first choice was the AirPods. However, I did not like the way they looked with their stick out of the ears and thought these looked much sharper. And they do! The sound quality is also just great! Got it on sale and I have absolutely no regret so far. Seems like Jabra’s support is also decent as it gets regular firmware upgrades. No problem so far!

I would upgrade to the new versions. Cleaner sound and better fit in your ear.

The sound is amazing but they are too bulky and large for my ears. Not sure the discomfort for hours is worth the buy, it may be ok for someone who doesn't wear them long.
