I accidentally had them in my clothes and did wash, when I found them after being wash and dry in the laundry, I was worry it wouldn’t work, but they did. They are durable, I’m very impressed

I've always had goid luck with Jabra products, and this one is no exception. Calls are clear, pairing with phone flawless, and overall quality is excellent.

The bluetooth connection with my phone broke up within (I kid you not) 10 minutes of use when I walked into the neighboring living room and bathroom. I also found the earbuds to have an awkward fit. I have other true wireless earbuds for a fifth of the price of these that have a stronger bluetooth connection, sound great (perhaps though with less bass) and fit better than these. So, I did what an respectable consumer would, I returned them.

I normally don't spend this much on earbuds, but I've ended up buying several pairs in the past, so I must've spent this much already. This time I decided to get a better pair and figured they would last longer. I hope I'm right but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

She can't stop raving about them, saying the sound quality is the best she's ever had...and she's had her share of headphones. Thanking me almost every day, she wonders how she lived without them. And the unique copper black color is really nice!

Decent sound quality, falls out easily

HOWEVER, they fall out of my ear very frequently. I use these type of earbuds almost exclusively on public transportation, so I'd be way too scared to walk with them in the street knowing they could fall in a gutter. Ended up returning these for the galaxy buds, they sound a bit better but they stay in the ear a lot better. Sound is nice but bass is lacking compared to the galaxy buds. Everyone has their preference and these were not the ones for me.
