The bluetooth connection with my phone broke up within (I kid you not) 10 minutes of use when I walked into the neighboring living room and bathroom. I also found the earbuds to have an awkward fit. I have other true wireless earbuds for a fifth of the price of these that have a stronger bluetooth connection, sound great (perhaps though with less bass) and fit better than these. So, I did what an respectable consumer would, I returned them.

She can't stop raving about them, saying the sound quality is the best she's ever had...and she's had her share of headphones. Thanking me almost every day, she wonders how she lived without them. I accidentally had them in my clothes and did wash, when I found them after being wash and dry in the laundry, I was worry it wouldn’t work, but they did. They are durable, I’m very impressed
