Great sound, functionality, and phone app. The case is inferior. Given this company’s reputation and their typical quality products, the case is definitely not quality, very disappointing. It is difficult to open and can easily slip out of your hands. 5 stars for the earbuds, zero stars for the case. I recommend the earbuds (but not the case).

I bought the 2 yr warranty and when the first pair I bought last year seemed like their was a issue with volume going down I returned them to best buy and got a new pair.

Absolutely great quality, no swinging cable and work tremendously well. Truly hands free now!

After she tried mine it clearly was a no brainer. Besides, how else would I keep her from stealing my set??

No wires to untangle, I don't have to plug them into my phone. I use them for every phone call I make and receive. I've had them for I think a little over a year and have had no problems whatsoever.

They're by no means audiophile quality, but they sound very good, and work well with my computers, my iPhone, and even my Apple Watch. I think my only criticism is that the case opens easily, so be careful not to lose them.

The music stops and the external speakers come on allowing the user to hear the surrounding sound. Double click again and music is back and exterior sound is muted.

Only the right ear can be played by itself when not in stereo mode which is a waste and they aren’t snug in the ear as I would’ve expected. Phone calls are very clear and responsive but I think the cheaper jbl buds are just as good but at a lower price
