My only complaint with these buds is I wish they came with the ear wing... but these still fit amazingly even without the ear wing.

After a few days of research I settled on these. I sweat. A lot. But all the reviews I read gave these rave reviews. Maybe people that have reviewed these don’t sweat like I do, or maybe they don’t live in Louisiana. Either way, these ear buds are less than 4 months old and the left one has slowly gotten less loud. Now I can’t hear music out of it at all. They stay in my ear just fine. But they’re certainly not the quality I was hoping they’d be. And now I’m stuck with them.

In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date.

For the price… it’s okay …. Took a little time to get adjusted to the earbud annoying my ear. ANC is good and the buttons on the buds are great and customizable.

I have autism and I use them for the noise canceling feature when I don't want bulky headphones but need to dull sound. The only downside is they seem to somewhat easily slip out of my ear.

Great sound but dont buy if you need for phone cal

I needed good mic quality for phone calls. These failed on every attempt. No one could hear me and when they could, they said I sounded like a robot. I spent hours researching a fix, download this, reset that, with no resolve. Too bad I will be returning these as the other features were amazing. Sound quality was superb.

True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in your ears rather than next to your mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up your voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other Jabra products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. Each new iteration/generation of their earbuds has improved upon the last. Between the dynamic sound profile, the comprehensive app, the consistently comfortable fit and the price? I really don't think you can do better at this price point!
