Unfixable Audio Delay Makes Videos Unwatchable

I work 3 jobs and have use them almost all day long and they are perfect for my needs, sound quality, battery life, charge time, I had almost zero complaints. Then I got these Elite 7 Actives and this is one of their sloppiest products in years. There is an unfixable .2-.7 second delay no matter what so videos dont sync with lip movement. And after doing some googling, it seems this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year with not just the Actives, but the Pro model as well. Absolutely unacceptable for products in this price range. I plan on returning and exchanging for a different brand on my next day off. Super disappointed in this product and while I hope I can return to Jabra at some point with an improved product, I think its time to see what their competitors are providing.

The ability to change the sound settings and tweak it to your preference is awesome. The only 1 negative is they feel like they back out of the ear on a jog. Not to the point I feared they would fall out but enough to warrant pushing them back in. I may just have weird ears.

I have been using a pair of Jabra elite sports for 4 years now and wanted to upgrade. These have good sound quality, but they won't even stay in my ears while I'm sitting down talking. So I absolutely do not trust these on a run and I will be returning them to the store later today. They've got fairly good sound quality, although not a lot of depth?

Make it's easy to sweat, use in the rain, while doing dishes, gardening without worrying about them getting too dirty.
