Easy to use, great sound quality and long battery life!

DO NOT BUY When these headphones work, they are great, but I've had so many issues with them. Support is generally quick to respond, but a million different issues seem to pop up. I've had these headphones for about 8 months, and I've had both the left and the right earbuds stop working randomly for a week at a time. I spent hours on the internet trying to find a fix because the support would not get back to me. I've had to reset the charging case ~10 times in this time frame, which is very annoying when you think the chase should be charged since it was plugged in all day. I feel as if this product is still in beta form, and all those who bought it are the testers. Lastly, I've recently lost the charging case. The replacement charging cases have been sold out for WEEKS. You cannot buy a replacement, so instead of paying $50 to get a new case, if I want to use these earbuds, I will have to buy a whole new set. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, these are nowhere near worth the price tag.

I upgraded from the Jabra Elite Active 65t and these are significantly better. I really liked the 65ts, but these are much better -- especially the smaller size and it stays in your ears better even when exercising heavily and sweating. Like others have noted, the case is slipper and doesnt open easily.

The ear buds are a little heavy. They keep falling out of my ears. Also if you want to use them for taking call are sending text. It does not work very well. They are great for when you want to listen to music.

This product had to be returned, did not fit in ears too well. Needed it for running and working out. Didn't feel too confident in this product.

I have tried other Jabra true wireless earbuds before and these are the best so far. Inside the box you get the buds in the case and different size silicone ear tips along with a USB C cable to charge to case. The case can also be charged with a wireless Qi charger as well. To get the most out of the earbuds you would want to download the Jabra connect app on your Android or iOS device. You can change the EQ, the 11 different sets of ANC and so much more. These earbuds have ANC and 8 hours in the buds and with the case a total of 30 hours of battery life with beats a lot of the competition. The default SQ is very good with good balanced SQ. These are also IP57 rated so its waterproof so you dont have to worry about getting wet or anything. These also have a coating which makes it really hard to get out of your ears as well which works so far.

These ear buds come with a carrying case, USB-C cable for charging and different sized sets of ear gels to get a good fit for your ear. The battery life on these ear buds last about 8 hours when charged. With the case, you get another two full charges with it. I like that they have a rubberized exterior which, to me, makes them easier to grip and take out of your ear after a sweaty workout. They are also waterproof and I have had no problems of them falling out while working out. The Jabra Sound + app lets you customize all kinds of things, such as Active Noise Cancellation, equalizer, among other things. The sound quality on these ear buds are extremely good while listening to music and the call quality is good also, although could be better. I like bass in my music and these are great for that because of the equalizer in the app. The ANC does not cancel out noise entirely but does a decent job. I like the simple look of these ear buds. They are a solid black color and the logo is embossed on them. Simple, but they pack a punch in the sound department.

When talking on phone it sounds like ur outside in a windy area but when listening to music it sounds so crisp and clear

The Jabra ear buds have worked great. I purchased them for working remotely and the sound quality is excellent. I can use them while talking in the phone. I also use them at the gym and they have worked very well. Excellant purchase.

If you’ve lost the charging case your screwed. Other than that best headphones with great quality

For the very brief (15 min) it worked they were amazing. Great sound, easy to use buttons, great case. Was prompted to update the firmware which I did, left ear piece completely stopped working. Hard reset etc could not revive it. Returned it. First time with Jabra and for the money probably won’t be back.

Dont stay in my ears.i bought these because people said they stayed in their small ears. Even when i ride my stationary bike, these ear buds fall out. Plus the case doesnt wirelessly charge.. so while the sound is great, they dont stay in my ears like i hoped.

Excellent earbuds until less than 2 weeks after the warranty ended, they stopped holding a charge.

I didn’t really like them they gave up after about 3 months
