I've used this a couple of times...excellent sound quality and it was easy to set up. Also, fits in my ear so I hardly know it is there.

It worked till it didn't. Left earbud decided to stop playing audio and none of the recommended steps to reset it have worked. 120 down the drain in less than a year

I have ALL the various Jabra truly wireless products and the Elite 7 Active do not disappoint. They are reliably excellent. A recent firmware update has resolved some early connection and static issues that they were having. I look forward to using these for a long time. Get them - you'll love them!

I love these headphones. Jabra has always been good but these are great. I like that you can finely use either the right or left earbud by itself.

The quality i was expecting from Jabra. They look very stylish and sound perfect, but sadly I couldn't get the right ear bud to stay in my ear.

Had Jabra earplugs before and only bought Elite 7 active as an upgrade to my wife, she demands the best.

Insanely good audio quality and battery life for the price, easily competes with Sony at about 100 dollars less.

They spund great, ANC isnt that great, right ear works periodically and connection drops all the time. Returning them.

Horrible and full of problems. Charging issues, not disconnecting while in case. Horrible service from Best Buy within warranty period. Having to try to resolve my issues with the manufacturer. Not only don’t purchase these Jabra set, but don’t buy from Best Buy, any other store would have replaced or given store credit with in the year.

Great ear buds, had a previous version for three years and upgraded to these. Very happy with my purchase.

These are some really nice earbuds, but they can be a bit difficult. When using with 2 phones, say your on a call with 1 phone and get a call on the other. They don’t want to switch back to the original call.

I am very happy to have bought these headphones and think the bass is a very good quality.

product is great. have no complains about it. but shipment was a bit different. when i bought it it said it will be delivered tomorrowif i order it in next 2or 3h i forgot. and item got delivered after a week.

If I could give 0 I would. This is my third pair of sport headphones from Jabra. First pair one headphone wouldn't work, so they sent a warranty pair after a month.... Same issue. So then I bought the new ones thinking they'd improve. It's a different model with the exact same problem. At this point you have to accept this is a poor quality brand. 0/3 smh

I own a lot of earbuds and these are way up on my list with well-balanced list of features with great sound and fantastic call quality, plus a secure fit. The earbuds have a nice, lightweight feel and are very comfortable to wear for hours on end. I found the security of the earbuds to be quite good for earbuds that don’t have extra attachments like fins or wings and they stayed put just great for all sorts of activities including at the gym and running. Each earbud has a button on the outside which you can customize in the smartphone app. By default the right earbud is used for play, pause, forward/back tracks, and the left is used for switching between different HearThrough modes and activating the voice assistant. The buttons have a light feel to them and don’t require much force to press which is nice so you aren’t jamming them into your ears with each press. The stock sound profile straight out of the box is balanced but you can customize the sound profile with an equalizer in the app. There are presets that you can use to emphasize speech, bass, treble, and a few others that work well. I tend to like a bit more bass but not an overwhelming amount and the “Energize” preset works great for my taste. For sound quality, these have a very crisp and clean sound. Lows aren’t muddled even with bass heavy tracks and highs are super crisp. If you’re looking for tons of bass I don’t think these are for you even with the bass pumped up in the equilizer but even for someone like me who does tend to prefer more bass (but not the crazy amount of bass out of some Sony headphones) I really quite like what these deliver. I’d rank them as much better and much more bass than AirPods Pro and Beats Studio Earbuds but not as much as some others. The call quality is phenomenal on these and maybe even more so for the person you are calling as the microphones are very clear and it’s some of the best I’ve ever heard.

I’ve tried many Bluetooth (Bose, Klipsch, Shure) ear buds and these are by far my favorite.

Experiencing audio latency issues when viewing videos, if Best buy had a normal return policy window like the rest of the world these would not be in my house. Thanks best buy
