I'm missing the multi device connection (should be solved in the next few weeks), and the grip can be better. I would recommend them again

Great Hardware ruined by Firmware/software Bugs

The earbuds are tiny, super comfortable, and stayed in my ears well -- the problem? The software/firmware is a nightmare. I learned through Jabra Support that they don't actually support multi-point if you're trying to pair an Apple device, so me using my Android phone and Macbook Pro is not an option on the latest firmware. The firmware update process itself took over a half hour, which I thought was strange... it also failed during the first attempt. Other smaller issues: - Frequently stays connected to my phone when putting them back in the case. - case hinge squeaks loudly - Sometimes will just drop the connection from my phone and start randomly playing on the nearest google smart speaker instead. The sound is ok, acceptable for both price and function. With that said, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone due to the poor firmware and software bugs.

Posted .Hello meringo - The Jabra Elite 7 Active supports mobile Apple devices (phone, iPad) but Jabra does not test the Elite 7 Active with computers so we are unable to recommend or support this type of usage. Thank you.
