Every ser they sent, the left ear bud doesnt charge or lasts only 2 hrs. 2 sets of JBL reflect mini and now these. Luckily they discontinued these and I was refunded my money.

They are great for working out and generally listening to music. The fit feels incredibly secure. I really am rooting for them. However, they fail as earbuds for calls. I simply cannot use them for phone or video calls. The other party hears their voice echoing. This has been conistent feedback from clients. Strangely, I haven's seen any complaints about this in any reviews. I do see comments about this on Jabra's website basically stating that the microphone and speakers are situated very closely in wireless earbuds and you just need to ensure a proper fit. Well, I did that. I tried all 3 ear gel options and none worked. The Sound+ app reported that the smallest gels fit well, but the other party still reported a terrible echo. Sadly, I am returning them. I sure hope Jabra figures this out. There's a lot of promise here.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a secure and comfortable fit of the earbuds, and it is rare when a user is not able to find a fit that is right for them. Have you tried out the MyFit feature? MyFit is in the Jabra Sound+ app that checks the fit of each earbud to help you determine the best position of the earbud and EarGel size. The fit is important for obtaining a good audio experience and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). When you start MyFit, a multitone is played in the earbuds to detect if there is a sound leakage from the EarGels. If MyFit detects a sound leakage, you will be asked to adjust the earbuds, change the EarGel size, or do both to improve the seal. You can find MyFit under Personalize your headset in the Jabra Sound+ app. It takes a few minutes to complete. I needed small ones since I tend to sweat a lot while working out and these are great. They have never fallen out regardless of the workout I do and they sound great. Plus they have good bass too.

The only minor flaw is the ANC could be a little better. It's not totally horrible. It still works for the most part. One minor tweak on a software update and it could be fixed.

In the Jabra Sound + app, go to settings (wheel icon at the top of the start screen), select "Personalize your headset," and then select "Voice guidance language." Choose the one that is currently selected, then "Update now." Follow the on-screen instructions to Download and install the firmware. Do this regardless of whether the firmware is currently up-to-date.
