Customers are pleased with the Elite 7 Active True Wireless Noise Canceling In-Ear Headphones, particularly praising the sound quality, fit, comfort, and battery life. The ANC and Hearthrough features are also well-received. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues and found the case design a bit challenging to open. Cool ear phones
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good ear phones. Now, depending on the shape of your ears, the sound will cut out on a phone call, like it gets muffled. The speaker is in a spot where it can move in a precarious position. I've been buying Jabra ear phones for years and i love them, this just happens sometimes

Poor Customer Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are good sounding buds. Coming from the Active 75t the improvement is not that noticeable. I wouldn't have upgraded to these if I didn't lose the 75t's which in my opinion are a better buy at $99 now. Unfortunately, about 2 weeks after purchasing the 7 Actives the case would no longer charge and would also not charge the buds. Attempted a few times to contact Jabra customer service who after recommending a few things to try, which didn't work, no longer answered my emails. Luckily Best Buy honored an exchange as I no longer had the box, and I am now on my second pair. We'll see how these hold up, but don't expect much from Jabra customer service if they fail after the store warranty return period.

Pleasantly surprised. Works Great.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not an earbud expert. I purchased these based upon other reviews. So far, Jabra appears to have predicted exactly how I would use these Elite 7's. They just work beautifully. It is a little awkward using the Jabra app to assure the proper fit but I was pleasantly surprised that everything proceeded smoothly. The Elite 7's easily linked with my Apple SE gen 2 and have yet to have any issue. Only funny experience is when I left my phone in the car in front of the house... the Elite 7's linked even though there was a significant distance. Will purchase Jabra Elite 7's again for sure.

Almost Perfect - Best so far
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I say these are the best Jabra Bluetooth active headphones I've had so far. They stay in your ear better than previous models and trust me I tried all of them. I would be remiss to not tell you guys about how I lose sound in the left ear intermittently. It usually happens at the gym and it seems like no matter what I do I can't get them to both have sound. If I leave it in the charging cradle for a few minutes sometimes it works. Today I had a crappy experience, because nothing I did gave me sound and left ear. I unpaired the device and was unable to pair it back to my phone. Let it charge for a couple hours and it let me pair it. Now it seems to be working. I will keep you up to date.

Great - unless you want to connect to a computer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They pair with my iphone 12 mini and have excellent active noise cancellation. The fit is fantastic! If I only wanted to connect them to my phone, they would be perfect. Unfortunately, they are completely broken pairing with my computer (macbook pro). The February 2022 firmware update that added multipoint bluetooth connect didn't fix the problem, in fact I think it made things worse. If they are connected to both my computer and my phone, they switch back and forth during calls. If I unpair them from my phone and connect only to my computer, they mute me frequently, randomly, when I'm talking. Pushing the buttons on the side doesn't unmute me (the way it should) when connected to my computer - and even if it did, when I'm on a video call with someone, being cut off mid sentence and hitting my ear would be a bad look. I reached out to Jabra support, and they recommended hard resetting the headset. After hard resetting the headset, the left earbud stopped functioning and it took a bunch of time to get it to work again (> 5 hard reset cycles), various plugging in and unplugging the case finagling. They also told me that Jabra earbuds are only suppose to connect to phones and tablets and they don't support connecting to computers. This is infuriating! I want headphones for connecting with my phone *and* my computer, I need to be able to take calls on my computer with the headphones. Even if they didn't offer multipoint, and if the buttons didn't work when connected to my computer, I would love these headphones and sing their praises to everyone. They are lightweight and comfortable and the active noise cancellation is fantastic. I prefer them to both Airpods Pro and Beats Fit Pro. I spent a long time talking with support, after having waited for the firmware update to be released and now I'm outside of the return window, but I'm incredibly disappointed in these headphones and would return them if I could. I don't recommend these headphones and wouldn't buy again. I probably won't buy Jabra products again in general.

Good Enough
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is pretty good for the price. I like that it automatically pauses the audio when taken off. I will say that the noise cancelling feature is not the best and at times it still slips out of my ear at the gym.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One star off because they stopped working after two uses. Giving a second chance because in those two uses they were 5 star good. The noise cancelation was excellent and the bass was just right. Fingers crossed.

A step down from their predecessors
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used the Jabra Elite Active 75t happily for years but sadly lost them in a move. I thought this new model would be an upgrade. Absolutely not. The case is much more slippery and very difficult to open with one hand. The earbuds have performance issues almost every day. Audio will cut out of one earbud randomly. I’ll put them in their case and they won’t disconnect from my phone. They’ll abruptly stop pairing to my phone because my laptop is nearby and they’ll mistakenly try to connect to it. I notice these have been discounted substantially in the fairly short time they’ve been sold and I can understand why.

Posted .Hello SethP- Thank you for taking the time to review the Jabra Elite 7 Active. We are delighted you used the Jabra Elite Active 75t happily for years! However, we are sorry you lost your device while moving and are dissatisfied with the Jabra Elite 7 Active that you bought to replace the Elite Active 75t. Just so you know, the Jabra Elite 7 Active will automatically connect to the last paired device first, followed by the second-to-last paired device. If your laptop was the last device to which you paired your Jabra Elite 7 Active, it is normal for the device to try connecting to your laptop before connecting to your phone. We regret that your Elite 7 Active audio cuts out and that the earbuds do not disconnect from your phone when you put them back into the charging case. We are more than happy to address these challenges with you, and we hope you will take a moment to contact our Support Team: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-7-active/100-99171703-98/contact-support. We want you to continue having a lovely Jabra experience with the Elite 7 Active as you did with the Elite Active 75t. We are here for you!

Jabra Elite 7 Active: Comfier than the Elite 85t
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked these up a few days ago on a flash sale and they have been exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting the Elite 85t's and the fit was horrible for my ears. The oval tips did not get a proper seal and were uncomfortable. The Elite 7 Actives have not had issues with that because they more resemble the shape of my old elite 75t's. They sound good out of the box and the anc has been improved. Overall, a good purchase thus far.
