Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even since I opened the left ear isn’t working and when I tried to update the firmware hoping it would solve the issue, the firmware update is downloaded. After that I see a message that it is automatically update when you keep the earbuds in case and lock and nothing happens after that. Tried updating this for more than 24 hours but no use. The customer support is not responding. Stay away from this

For the next step, we kindly recommend reloading the firmware. We have provided you with guidelines: In Jabra Sound+ app, go to Headset > Voice Guidance Language, select the current language of the earbuds, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the download and installation. Great Alternative to Samsung Earbuds
