Reset them a couple of times and they seem fine now. Contacted customer support soon after I bought them, December 2020, and am still waiting on a reply.

However, They have intermittently turn off on me a couple of times. Sound for phone and music it great. Have little to no experience testing various functions. The "hear thru" function works well.

So here it is barely a month old with the ear pods and the right pod is too low. I have tried different suggestions for troubleshooting and went to YouTube for help. Still nothing works. I’m waiting to get a response from Jabra support. That’s really too bad because these are excellent in design and performance.

Problem is it breaks up a lot. Sometimes connection is lost for no reason. Quite frustrating. Really would not recommend.
