Great truly wireless earbuds

She loves them as she came from some low-quality ones that she got somewhere else. They just work well and look great for her. The recent update that added some active noise cancellation is a bonus as well. Highly recommend these!

Nice granularity and control over the sound. Upset theirs no active noise cancellation, but hear through feature will suffice. You will not be upset with this purchase.

Note that yo need to find the right size of ear gel. I was using the medium size and wondered why the sound was so thin. Then I tried the large ear gel and the full sound was there. Controls are excellent and it has an intuitive app for tweaking the audio.

sized EarGels that come included in your package in order to find a fit that is snug, but not too
tight. You may even need to mix and match the size of your EarGels per earbud. Furthermore,

Great sound and battery life.

Once I updated the language software, it started working as expected. The sound quality and battery life are great, the best you can get at this price point. In fact, better than many earbuds priced well above this price point.

Very good built quality, Very clear sounding during calls, Multiple device connectivity is a big plus. Overall, a steal if you can get these on sale. I had to return these because my right war started hurting. It could just be me. But otherwise, worth every penny.

Doesn't work well with Surface Book

I currently use the Jabra Evolve 75 Headset linked to the Jabra Link 370 that has excellent audio and active noise cancellation. I realize earbuds will be less effective than a headset, but the Jabra Elite 75t's have issues that make them unusable for my needs. Right from the start, the Elite 75t's Earbuds kept dropping in and out from my Surface bluetooth connection. I first tested this while listening to videos on YouTube and also a test web conference call to several co-workers. I tried numerous connection options including: only linking to the laptop and not the dual connection to my cell, connecting directly to a Jabra Link 370, and turning all other bluetooth devices off. Nothing fixed the problem as sometimes I could not hear the web conference audio or they couldn't hear me. Another concern was how much background noise was picked up on the microphone during my test calls. I turned the volume in the web conference app down and this helped with the background noise, but I couldn't hear who I was speaking with. So, that was not a good alternative. If you're only using them to connect to your cell, they work great. But, that's not what I need from a true wireless earbuds. I had great expectations for these, but they're not functioning for my use case and will be returning them to BestBuy.
