They do sometimes have trouble connecting to Bluetooth, but this is easily fixed by putting them back in the case and taking them out again

They were excited and immediately started to use them. Within 20 minutes they were complaining that the sound was cutting out. I took a listen and found that the left ear bud would cut out for about 1/2 of a second every 20-30 seconds. We had already updated the firmware and other attempts to fix it failed. Back in the box they went and they will be returned.

They come with a case that helps them recharge, a software program to customize your sound experience, and it has ambient audio so you can listen to the surrounding audio and hear ppl while their talking.
