I get a good 3 hours listening on one charge. The sound is excellent. Calls sounds good on my end, I've experienced the other caller saying my voice sounds distant from a far.

Failed within 5 months

The left won’t work unless it’s close to the right so you can’t even listen with one. Not that only having one to use at these prices is acceptable. Previous to a couple days ago they worked great. Over the last few days it gradually got worse to the point you can barely hear sound out of the right one. The software is up to date. It is clean, but it was cleaned gently with an earbud brush just as a troubleshooting attempt. Still the volume is super faint. Now they can’t be used at all given the right one is the problem and the left one can’t be used alone.
