Bought a second one ave same thing happened. It's a good size and shape and stays in your ears but it stops working

The sound quality is much less than advertised. If you want to listen to a newscast or some dialog, they are OK, but for music they disappoint. The base range is faint or missing. After a month or so, the left earbud started malfunctioning and I should have returned them right away. At first I could reset the earbuds as suggested by manufacturer to get it to work again. Now that it's too late to return them, it has stopped working altogether. Both earbuds before (now only the functioning one) often start out at normal volume, but sound diminishes over a minute or so until it is not easy to hear even with the volume turned all the way up. Lastly, I had to admire the amount of engineering that went into the buds and their case, but they remain design issues. I can keep my ears clean and not use any skin lotion, but there are a few small holes that must be clean for the buds to work and they are difficult to keep debris-free. Other users have had the same problem. BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!
